Pros:

、 利便性は抜群。非常に便利で、周りの環境も良いと思います。市街であれば、徒歩でも可能でした。バスも便利です。食事も困りません。 フロント付近に、電子レンジやウォーターサーバーもあります。
ただ、基本、国内の旅行者を対象としているようで、レセプションのスタッフは英語は話せない、表示もロシア語ですが、翻訳アプリで、英語で、丁寧に対応してくれました。二階ですが、階段のみです。机が無かったのが、少し不便でした。
また、目の前は美しい公園もありますが、環状線沿いで、更に一階がバーなので、深夜までそれなりに賑やかです。自分は、あまり気にならなかったですが、人によっては騒がしと思うかも。
また、モスクワに来たら是非宿泊したいですね。

Pros:

Удобное расположение — идти 9 минут до метро Чистые пруды, красивое место, отель находиться на втором этаже старинного особняка, рядом театр Современник.комнаты комфортные, чистые, полотенца и белье белоснежное, чай и кофе неограниченное количество раз, холодильник общий( ничего не пропало, у всех постояльцев что нибудь да лежит из продуктов), телевизор плоский , в номере отдельная ванная комната. На стойке очень приятные сотрудники отеля, хотелось бы отменить улыбку и заботу со стороны Нелли, спасибо ей огромное. Если буду в Москве обязательно остановлюсь в этой гостинице. Советую всем рассмотреть данный вариант размещения в Москве.
