Pros:

Fabulous location, very comfortable room, bed etc. So cosy in winds of -16c and friendly helpful staff, all adds up to lovely relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only ‘expensive’ continental breakfast available.

Pros:

Stylish property located right in the middle of town with access to pretty much everything you could possibly want to do if you’re staying in Reykjavík. Reception was wonderfully kind. The airline had lost one of our luggage during travel and the hotel assisted us in every way possible. Thank you for a warm but short stay!

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area on foot, and it was also very convenient for reaching tour meeting points. The design is a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and Icelandic character, creating a beautiful and authentic atmosphere throughout the property. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed using the sauna, which was a great addition after a long day.

Cons:

There was no assistance offered with the suitcases upon arrival, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. The breakfast was good in quality, but the selection was somewhat limited and could benefit from more variety. One important concern was related to room key security. After misplacing my key cards, I asked reception to cancel them. I was assured they had been deactivated and was issued a new card. However, I later found the original cards and discovered they were still active. Since the card holder included the hotel and room number, this represented a potential security risk if someone else had found them.

Pros:

Een heerlijke kamer via een gratis upgrade. Geweldig fijne locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Alleen maaltijd in wine bar viel erg tegen en een beetje salade bij de vis was niet mogelijk.

Excellent stay with outstanding staff.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room and all areas of the hotel were clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, and the breakfast was delicious, enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff — they really went above and beyond.
