Nothing because I didn’t get to experience it. My flight got canceled and when I booked I was told I could cancel on the 20th but it turned out it was the 19th so they had to take a day payment from me.

Pros:

Location was great, very central and easy walk to Bus stop 3 if you are coming or going by bus from the airport. Hotel itself was as per pictures, well decorated. Room was lovely, a little smaller than I would have liked but the bathroom was a great size compared to others on our trip.

Pros:

The bathroom and spa were excellent. The room was warm and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to find last minute accommodation due to a flight cancellation.

Cons:

There wasn't much of a view, however, the beautiful accommodation, facilities and location made up for that.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! 10/10 for everting! Best way to spend an important birthday!
Pros:

Staff were so so friendly! Clean rooms and hotel, comfy beds,, fantastic location! Great to have the spa when our plans got cancelled because of bad weather!

Pros:

Stylish property located right in the middle of town with access to pretty much everything you could possibly want to do if you’re staying in Reykjavík. Reception was wonderfully kind. The airline had lost one of our luggage during travel and the hotel assisted us in every way possible. Thank you for a warm but short stay!
