Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Dobre śniadania i posiłki do wyboru na kolację. Dobra strefa wellness. Przy hotelu znajduje się sporo miejsc parkingowych. Idealnalokalizacja dojazdowa dopobliskich ośrodków narciarskich.

Amazing wellness, great service from really nice staff, great location near the ski lifts.
Pros:

Great stay at the hotel. The wellness is one of the main reasons we booked it and it was great! There is a swimming pool where you've to wear shorts and there is a nude section where you can relax in the sauna's and steambath. Also the resting area inside and outside are absolutely great.

The staff was also very nice and very service minded. What makes the difference in my opinion is that we spoke with the owner directly and we could tell it was his baby and he made sure everything was in order. The breakfast is great and has warm and cold options.

The room was very big as well which gave us comfort. What comes in handy is the free parking and the free "skiraum" where we could store our ski boots and ski's.

Cons:

Just a minor detail: We booked the half pension version which allowed us to have dinner as well. You can chose from four different menu's which is nice but the food is somewhat simple. I've to be honest the price is great and what receive for that price is amazing but if you like a little bit more fancy food you might want to consider a different restaurant.

Pros:

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Abendessen, sehr freundliche Bedienung, gepflegte Zimmer; nach einem sportlichen Tag oder bei Regenwetter konnte man die Saunalandschaft genießen oder baden gehen; auch ein Fitnessraum steht zur Auswahl - alles in allem ist das Hotel Alpina nur zum Weiterempfehlen

Die Matratzen im Zimmer waren für unsere Verhältnisse zu weich

Cons:

Staying in a hotel it's all about hospitality. And I didn't feel welcome at all. Reception was the worst. Two customers before me and it took 45 mins to get a room. No explanation about facilities, bot even dinner (had half board) or breakfast locations or times.
