Houve um problema com a água quente, porém no dia seguinte foi resolvido.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, bei dem es jeden Morgen etwas anderes gab. Die Auswahl war zwar überschaubar, aber dafür hat aller hervorragend geschmeckt.
Die Lage ist top und die Zimmer sauber und groß, so dass trotz Koffern immer noch genug Platz da ist.
In den Zimmern gibt es leider wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für seine Sachen und im Badezimmer haben mir Haken gefehlt, um die Handtücher vernünftig aufzuhängen.
Right from the time we arrived until the time we left, the front desk staff and concierge made us feel at home. Especially Mr. Deyvi, who provided us with some very useful tips for our stay at Machu Pichhu.
The room was perfect, the bed and pillows were comfortable. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Two bottles of water were provided gratis. The bathroom was clean and the wifi was excellent.
Location-wise this was a perfect choice. Centrally located for our purposes, being just a short walk from the Larco Mall and the Malecon, which was beautiful. We walked the Malecon more than once, all the way to Love Park. The views were simply breathtaking.
The hotel is also just a short walk to a reliable money exchange (Casa de Cambio Oliva) which gave us a very good rate to the dollar. Do not exchange money at the airport as the rate offered there is simply awful.
Breakfast was good and you could request for fried eggs or an omelette, which they were happy to provide when asked.
The hotel is also just a short walk from some very nice restaurants, besides the ones situated at the Larco Mall at the waterfront. The mall also has a Food Court on the lower level, which hosts some nice outlets.
We would happily stay here again.

La ubicación perfecta para poder visitar lo principal en Miraflores, cerca de la playa, centros comerciales, restaurantes, parques y centros de cambio de moneda. La habitación de buen tamaño y el servicio es excelente! El desayuno tiene varias opciones para elegir. Sin duda alguna el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos en este viaje

- Ar Condicionado não tem a temperatura controlada no quarto. Não adianta você escolher a temperatura do seu gosto porque ele sempre ficará no mínimo, enre 19 e 20 graus; A solução do hotel foi me fornecer um aquecedor portátil para equilibrar a temperatura. Sinceramente, eu nunca vi isso. Dormi com ar ligado para o quarto nao ficar quente a noite e ao mesmo tempo com um aquecedor ligado para nao deixar o frio ficar extremo. Resolveu o problema, mas um hotel dessa categoria deveria ter o termostato do ar condicionado ativo e nao apenas gelar.
- A equipe de modo geral é simpática mas tive dificuldade no atendimento acerca do problema do ar. Houve uma certa má vontade nao sei se porque eu estava reclamando que a ajuda estava demorando e eu precisava dormir.Talvez pela dificuldade da língua, mas me deixaram muito tempo aguardando alguém que iria checar o ar para no final apenas entregar um aquecedor na porta quarto. Eu que insisti para que o funcionário ligasse e configurasse o equipamento.

La nueva política que están haciendo las grandes cadenas hoteleras de retrasar el checkin y cobrarte por adelantarlo, lo que demuestra que es mas un negocio extra que una necesidad para la limpieza de las habitaciones. El desayuno bastante pobre, los peores zumos que he tomado en todos los desayunos en Peru, básicamente agua con algo de fruta.
