Hotel je ve skvělé a klidně lokalitě Krkonoš. Snídaně byly výborné. Oceňuji především bazén u hotelu a příjemný interiér pokojů
Personál Hotelu nebyl při příjezdu příliš vstřícný. Dostali jsme pouze klíče od pokoje a skoro žádné informace. Při odjezdu a placení jsme se dozvěděli, že částka na bookingu je uvedena bez DPH, takže byl pobyt dražší...

Woda w basenie wewn mogłaby być ciut cieplejsza a sauny włączone.
Koniecznie powinien być czynny wieczorem bar !!!!!! Tracą kasę na tym że jest nie dostępny !
Skvělý vnitřní bazén, i venkovní ( akorát na něj byla zima), venku trampolína pro děti. Personál moc příjemný! Snídaně velmi fajn :)
Nevěděli jsme, že nefunguje dětská hernička kvůli rekonstrukci, bylo by fajn, kdybychom to věděli předem. Celý pobyt ale bylo pěkně počasí, takže bychom herničku stejně nevyužili.
The hotel is perfect for cross-country skiing enthusiasts, with direct access to the ski trail right across from the hotel. If you enjoy alpine ski touring, this is also an excellent option, as you can reach Žalý Lookout Tower within just two kilometers. From there, the descent into Herlíkovice Ski Resort begins, featuring some exciting red runs and a challenging black slope.
Near the hotel, there are loop trails of 3, 5, and 7 km, but if you prefer longer routes, you can take a well-groomed track all the way to Horní Mísečky, where even more trails are available.
The hotel is modern and well-equipped, offering comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent and provided enough energy for an active day.
The hotel offers a few sleds for free, which can be used right next to the hotel—a great activity for both kids and adults. The area is also perfect for walks with a dog.
One small remark—not even a complaint, but rather a suggestion. Since we spent the whole day actively outdoors, we didn’t have dinner at the hotel, and as a result, we were not assigned a table number in the restaurant. This meant that the best spots with mountain views were reserved, even though some of them remained empty most of the time. And we really wanted to enjoy our breakfast with a view of the mountains! :)
Of course, we could have asked the staff each time which tables had already been used for breakfast, but that felt inconvenient and a bit awkward. While this system might work well for some, it didn’t quite suit us. So, I would kindly suggest that the hotel staff consider a more flexible approach to ensure that guests with different service levels feel equally comfortable. 😉
I would also suggest adding "Do Not Disturb" door hangers for guests convenience.
Very nice and newly reconstructed hotel. Everything was clean. They have swimming pool and sauna.
Our room was located at third floor and we had two big baggages. It was challenging to bring it up the floor.
The apartment was brand new a looked good, enough storage! Staff were pleasant and the hotel is in excellent location right on the hiking routes. I liked the dinners offered in the hotel restaurant.
There could have been definitely more options for breakfast.
The children area could do with an upgrade or revision of toys, most of them are broken.
Our apartment was 2-bedroom, but with a dining table with two chairs... Mattress should be exchanged, the ones we had were sagging.
Staff are very friendly. Rooms are renovated and kitchen is fully equipped. It was our second stay in this hotel, and I think we will come back.
Our room with 2 bedrooms was occupied by someone else when we arrived. So owner offered us to separate rooms (on different floors) but for the same price. It was not very convenient. But for 2 nights stay we managed it.
S pobytem jsme byli spokojeni. Služby v hotelu odpovídaly jeho umístění. Ceny v restauraci byly vyšší Výhodou je blízkost hotelu u běžeckých tratí, sáňkařské dráhy a lze zapůjčit veškeré vybavení za výhodné ceny v centru obce . Náročnější je přístupová cesta, kdy je nutné mít zimní vybavení. Je problém se signálem Vodafone. Wifi funguje výborně.
