Great stay.
Pros:

Clean and tidy, great location. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great breakfast. We’re only going to stay one night but stayed 2.

Good property with exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everyone really cared that we had a great experience at the property. The security and valet are really friendly, which gives a great first impression. Then the front office staff especially Jagathi, Neha and other staff at the restaurant like Jamirul made the stay really easy and comfortable.

The Food options / taste was very good.

Cons:

The service understanding of Housekeeping and F&B Service was very poor. The operator was taking the call as he did not have asnwers to the questions so he avoide, f&b service had to be reminded to give serving spoon every time on order delivery , housekeeping left the previous day dirty glasses and plates in the room .

Great stay with special personal touches from a very friendly team
Pros:

Stayed here with my family recently - 2 senior citizens, 2 children, 2 adults. Fantastic hotel. Lovely pool on the rooftop. 2 great restaurants. Glass bar food was brilliant. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Special mention of Shivani Sharma and Prosenjit and Chief Chef Tiwari who added that extra personal touch that makes a hotel stay memorable. Definitely recommend strongly. Oh - and when going to the airport - the hotel provides affordable and reliable pickup and dropoff service.

Amazing experience at Holiday inn
Pros:

Amazing experience at Holiday inn, the ambience of the hotel is amazing and so is the weather of Bangalore. The roof top is the place where you get a beautiful view of the city and the race course! The restaurant is big and the food is good with a lot of options. So is the staff in the hotel and the restaurant. Ms. Josie is very polite and always here to help. Last night while having my dinner a staff came and ask if I want a pizza slice that was a surprise yet nice! And Sayema always welcomed everyone with a smile! Rooms are clean and comfortable.
