Pros:

The hotel is in front of race course, and we could see it well. The swimming pool at the top offers panoramic view. Breakfast had a lot of variety and pleasant environment.

My experience at Holiday Inn Racecourse, Bengaluru was outstanding. The level of care, attentiveness, and hospitality demonstrated by Ankita, Anjali, Anamika, Deepika, Neha, Shaima, and Vim was truly commendable. Their willingness to assist, positive attitude, and dedication to guest comfort made a lasting impression and elevated my overall experience.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Shiv Bose (General Manager) for fostering a culture of excellence and guest-centric service. His effective leadership and commitment to maintaining high standards were evident throughout my stay and played a key role in making it both enjoyable and memorable.

So it is always a better experience at holiday inn bangalore race course road..its home away frm home with pampering and good care and all the staff are so affectionate .as usual they take very very good careiam so thankful to all the lovely staff here like tanushree.jagrithi..siya..deppika..roshni..neha..and eapecially at the restaurant ..sowmyadeep.sachin...sushant..karthik..and last bht nkt the least gm shiv bose...and spl thanx to antony n rajan
