It met my needs for sleep and a shower, but not much else.
Pros:

The location was convenient for a conference I was attending. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Had difficulty with Wi-Fi connectivity. Had to call the front desk to assist. There is no "free breakfast." Only free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Everything else was prepackaged items you had to purchase if you so desired.

Pros:

Ants were in our room in our bed on our clothes we were moved to another room because of this. That room was infested with spiders and dead bugs. The towels were stained. Still haven’t heard back from management
