Visitors are always welcome but, for security reasons only registered guests and visitors will be allowed in the rooms. Any guest must be registered before 10 pm. No unregistered visitors allowed after 10 pm. Only one additional guest is allowed to stay overnight during your stay. External visitors’ daily rate of consumption: $US 30. No minor visitors are allowed. Only 2 visitors per room.
Guests must provide the physical credit card of the reservation holder for hotel records; in case the guest is not the cardholder please contact us for information regarding the process to follow.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property.
Hotel insurance has a cost of $COP 9.000 per person/night and it will be charged unless otherwise stated.
This hotel has a smoke free policy throughout all public areas along with all bedrooms, including electronic cigarets and vaporizers.

The property is beautiful & well maintained! It was extremely clean and in a great location.
Cute decor, love the open kitchen concept. The hot water bottle/bag in the bed is a nice touch to warm the bed for us.
Our unit had a big smear of brown stain on toilet bowl and wall. The heater wasn’t really working well.

Property was in a super safe, quiet area but then many restaurants, bars, and shopping close. Was a home away from home, spotless, super sweet staff, unique hotel, loved everything about it. Good value also!
Excellent personal service
La philosophie du lieu était particulièrement agréable. On se sentait chez soit et notamment, toutes sortes de snacks et boisson étaient à notre disposition gratuitement. Quand on pense aux prix pratiqués par les hôtels pour leurs minibars, c'est vraiment appréciable.

I didn't love the communal breakfast, however, that was a positive for most people so depends on whether you're social in the morning or not.
This is a gorgeous place, the attention to detail, the breakfast and hospitality is really excellent. It is a small oasis of peace within a very busy city. One should keep some time to just enjoy the property. The hosts were wonderful and sold us a pack of extremely special Columbian coffee.
I would love to be back at the property again but below are areas of improvement which would be nice to see and some observations. 1) The reception is not 24-7 which is quite inconvenient. Several times I needed to ask something and there was no one around, though eventually someone would show up or their WhatsApp number would respond. But it was not instant. 2) They have two WhatsApp numbers which coordinate with you which is quite confusing. 3) The location is a bit far if you want to visit the main sites in La Candelaria. 4) Lastly, the hotel is expensive by Bogota standards, and paired with their insistence on tips at various points was uncomfortable (on checking in, then during the stay they send you an envelope in case you want to leave tips along with a book to write comments, and they asked again at check out).
