Important information:

Visitors are always welcome but, for security reasons only registered guests and visitors will be allowed in the rooms. Any guest must be registered before 10 pm. No unregistered visitors allowed after 10 pm. Only one additional guest is allowed to stay overnight during your stay. External visitors’ daily rate of consumption: $US 30. No minor visitors are allowed. Only 2 visitors per room.

Guests must provide the physical credit card of the reservation holder for hotel records; in case the guest is not the cardholder please contact us for information regarding the process to follow.

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property.

Hotel insurance has a cost of $COP 9.000 per person/night and it will be charged unless otherwise stated.

This hotel has a smoke free policy throughout all public areas along with all bedrooms, including electronic cigarets and vaporizers.

If any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Manager, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest or the guest may be asked to leave the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Cute decor, love the open kitchen concept. The hot water bottle/bag in the bed is a nice touch to warm the bed for us.

Cons:

Our unit had a big smear of brown stain on toilet bowl and wall. The heater wasn’t really working well.

La philosophie du lieu était particulièrement agréable. On se sentait chez soit et notamment, toutes sortes de snacks et boisson étaient à notre disposition gratuitement. Quand on pense aux prix pratiqués par les hôtels pour leurs minibars, c'est vraiment appréciable.
