Las instalaciones muy pequeñas, el cuarto muy pequeño, el restaurante literalmente apretado, había seis o 7 mesas en un espacio muy reducido yse debia caminar entre ellas con cuidado de no tropezar a alguien de alguna mesa ademas de que todos los dias el desayuno fue pan con huevos café jugo y chocolate
La calidez de las personas, el servicio brindado por el talento humano.
El aire acondicionado fue excelente.
Las instalaciones estaban muy deterioradas, el recurso inmobiliario era muy viejo, deteriorado, desgastado, no correspondía a las imágenes publicitarias en redes sociales.
El tener que pasar por el loving de un hotel bonito, agradable, amplio, para llegar a otro más pequeño, y llegar a un destino totalmente diferente, entendemos que estaban realizando trabajos de mampostería.

Tener en cuenta que se deben hacer algunos mantenimientos para que esté todo bien. Ejemplo: la llave del lavamanos estaba suelta. Se salía el agua de la ducha porque no tenía bardita que evitara esto.

Nada, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, el desayuno terrible, el baño súper incómodo, se caía la llave, el TV no funcionaba, no había una nevera para guardar agua. Cuando llegué la habitación no estaba lista, la estaban aseando y me pasaron a otra al primer piso y en la mañana me despertaron los carritos de comida con los platos, fue terrible
