Overall, a comfortable stay , but service during breakfast and staffing levels could be improved
Pros:

The room was clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the location was excellent — close to everything we needed. The reception staff were polite, and check-in was smooth.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was average with limited options, and I had to personally go and find the staff member serving breakfast to ask for coffee, which was already included in the selected breakfast option. There seemed to be a shortage of staff — no one was available to help with luggage.

Really nice location but it's like hit and miss
A lot of improvement need to make better. When they say breakfast 7 mean should be 7, we went there for breakfast 7.30 and nothing was set up, breakfast time shouldn't be Nepali time as I can see many of your customers are from overseas so that's not acceptable.
Due to construction many facilities is out of service which nowhere mentioned while booking.
