Pros:

De ruime kamer en het vriendelijk personeel. Behulpzaam en meedenkend. De ligging is perfect. Dichtbij alle winkels maar toch net uit de drukte. Heerlijk bed en onbijt was lekker

Cons:

Het enige minpunt voor ons was dat op het moment dat wij boekte het zwembad leeg was. Dit was erg jammer want mede daardoor kozen wij dit hotel

Cons:

Shower didnt really work, trickle of water,... bathroom stunk of some mould or something foul, the breakfast is not on hot plates, so if your not eating it at 6am. Its nice and cold,. The room service fee was something like an additional 700 birr, and ordering food for example, tuna salad with egg,... no tuna in the salad.. the pictures dont match anything... would not come again.

Comfortable stay for good value
Pros:

It was great value for the cost. I liked the location (near restaurants and the main road). The staff were kind. Breakfast was good. The room size was also larger than it often is for hotels of this price

Cons:

The bedsheets had a couple hairs on them, so it didn’t feel clean (though everything else was clean). The shower was really slow to drain, and it was very noisy when the generator was turned on (but I was happy to have power!).

Good for location!
Pros:

The location is superb! Minutes away from the airport and close to coffee shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows are very, very comfortable!

Cons:

The cleanliness. I found hair in my bathtub right after check in and when I kindly asked the cleaner to clean it, she said it's just paint 😆
I also went to use the spa that could use some extra cleaning.

I found that breakfast items weren't replenished (like glass for juice, bread, etc...) so it's sort of like an early bird catches the worm situation.

Pros:

Le personnel est super, tres gentil et accueillant ! Le rapport qualité prix par rapport aux autres etablissements est inegalable.

Cons:

Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, dommage.

Nice room but unprofessional reception staff
Pros:

Spacious room, good room service, average breakfast but great staff.

Cons:

The staff, especially at reception, very rude
The room was next to something very noisy at night, couldn’t rest properly.

was ok and i love the staff they are amazing but i will definitely visit again hoping improved
Pros:

the staff are friendly and always ready to assist they go extra mile.

Cons:

facility - old and stained , bathroom water not as hot as expected specially in the morning and at late night, swimming pool poor , the shower facility in the swimming pool not clean and not enough space, food is ok but not that much of a choice, spa needs more privacy, staff uniform needs an immediate change , room has network issue we had to call for service repeatedly
