was ok and i love the staff they are amazing but i will definitely visit again hoping improved
Pros:

the staff are friendly and always ready to assist they go extra mile.

Cons:

facility - old and stained , bathroom water not as hot as expected specially in the morning and at late night, swimming pool poor , the shower facility in the swimming pool not clean and not enough space, food is ok but not that much of a choice, spa needs more privacy, staff uniform needs an immediate change , room has network issue we had to call for service repeatedly

Overall a pleasant stay, but they need to fix the evening hot water issue.
Pros:

Clean sheets soft bed soft fluffy pillow nice towel and big nice clean rooms and helpfull staff Breakfast was good

Every evening, the hot water almost ran out. This is a basic amenity, and the hotel needs to upgrade its boiler system to handle peak hours.

Great for a splurge before flying out, but don’t count on the spa
Pros:

Very good value for money, large king suite with inbuilt jacuzzi. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice gift shop, very courteous staff, and reliable free shuttle back to the airport.

Cons:

The spa and pool felt quite run down and ill maintained. The hotel is overall not as new and sparkly as in the photos.

Overall, I'd definitely say I received my moneys worth at this hotel...
Pros:

Breakfast was good, everything was fresh everyday. Wish there was a little more variety, but the food quality was good. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The facility is dated...but they make it as comfortable as possible. The STAFF was exceptional...however, when my wife and daughter came to spend the night with me for 1 night, I was told I needed to pay an additional $20. (Front Desk Person). The hide away bed looked like it was kept outside. I don't think it was used in a long time. (just guessing)

Great stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient airport transportation. I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the airport shuttle service was very convenient. The room was quiet, and I had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Nothing significant. The Wi-Fi could have been a little faster, but overall everything was very good.

Exéllent séjour malgré les problèmes de baignoires
Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien, très bien situé et dans un environnement calme. Le personnel est aux petits soins et tout le temps et à l'écoute de la moindre sollicitation. J'ai vraiment apprécié les échanges avec le personnel de la réception qui ont toujours été très professionnel quelque soit l'heure du jour ou de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est extra, très très bon et le responsable de la salle et son équipe sont très aimable, gentil et serviable. Enfin, le personnel de nettoyage et de ménage est également très professionnel et agréable au quotidien.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé dans votre établissement parce qu'il y avait une baignoire avec bain à remous dans la chambre et malheureusement nous avons eu des problèmes de fuites d'eau par deux fois et malgré le changement de chambre, les problèmes étaient les mêmes, à chaque fois la baignoire fuyait. Nous avons changé deux fois de chambres et à chaque fois avons eu les mêmes problèmes de fuite d'eau de la baignoire !
Malgré ces problèmes je mets quand même la note de 10 car le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment au top !!!
