Nice hotel. But total lack of isolation in walls and door to the room. Very noisy..very noisy banging doors from other hotels guest with absolutely no concern to other guests sleeping at 0300 in the night!!

Останавливались в августе 2019. Отель расположен вдали от центра, от вокзала 20 мин. пешком. Район тихий. Огорчило сразу то, что бронировали с включенным завтраком, но как оказалось завтрак как таковой в отеле не предлагают, ресторан работает с 12.00. На ресепшене предложили взамен сухой паек за 100р на человека. Семейный номер оказался на четвёртом этаже. Здание без лифта с очень крутой лестницей. Ни на одном этаже нет схемы эвакуации, запасные выходы вроде бы есть. В номере нет полотенцесушителя!!!! Но зато есть кулер с горячей водой для чая и одноразовые тапочки. Окна выходят во двор ресторана, где громко шумит вытяжка. Потолок в комнате выложен пластиковыми панелями, в одной из них дыра. Плитка на полу местами потрескалась. Коврики не свежие. Качество телепередачи тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Уборка только после 14.00. Слышимость в номере высокая. Отель на твердую троечку.
В номере ( ни в одном) нет ложечки для обуви). Печалька.
The place was excellent in one of the best place in St. Petersburg, all was as expected and pretty nice, they barely speaks English but they are so gentle, which always helps
