Pros:

The location is pretty, breakfast was good and hotel overall is in good shape. They really should consider installing air conditioners since the weather has gotten so hot in most of Europe. It was very difficult to sleep. The temp dropped a bit but very late at night and the fans were just circulating hot air.

Für den Abend und die Nacht, die wir im Hotel verbracht haben, war alles OK. Wir werden sicherlich auf einer Fahrradtour durch die Wachau wieder kommen.

Pros:

Great location in the heart of the Wachau. Accessible by public transport (715 bus from Krems or Melk and the Wachaubahn). Lots of great walks start from near the hotel, including the UNESCO walking trail throughout the Wachau. Great restaurant - and the wine is great. I can recommend the flammkuchen with their Pinot noir!

Wachau - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Stille war besonders erholsam. Das tolle Frühstück samt sehr gutem Service ließ den Tag mit Schwung beginnen. Die Wachau ist auch im Herbst landschaftlich sehr reizvoll.

Quiet setting high above village amongst vineyards. Wonderfull breakfast! Rooms are basic and unfortunately ours did have a smell of foot odors from hiking boots.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt schön in den Weinbergen. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen.Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein , was stört sind die Hunde mancher Gäste die auch mal das Bein an den Grünpflanzen heben.
Das Bett im Zimmer war ungemütlich und sollte mal mit neuer Matratze
und Rost ausgestattet werden.

Everything was great apart from the bes. Partof yhe rooms still have old madrasses. Ask for the room with new madrassses. Also wifi did not reach our room. You need to chck by check in the wifi reach in case it is for you.

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Inmitten von Weinbergen gelegen. Abends noch tolle Weinprobe gemacht. Mehrere Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Spitz is a gorgeous little town with wonderful vineyards around. The hotel is attached to one of them, the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The beds were comfortable. The only drawback would Bec the view - our room overlooked a factory wall hence no pretty fairytale lookout which was a little bit of a letdown. Staff were friendly and polite but the main receptionist came across as a little bit fake and uninterested. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Je vais revenir!
Pros:

Mon épouse et moi somme en voyage depuis 2 semaines et de toutes les hôtels que nous avons hébergés, c est là ou le déjeuné est un WOW ! Les gens de l établissement sont tellement agréables, serviables et sympathiques. Je vous recommande d'aller pour une dégustation de vins!
