Pros:

I booked for debulex but they provided single room instead. During the booking they said breakfast would be provided which was not the case. They didnot provide Wi-Fi password to hotellers and to make matters worse they were no sockets to charge phoness

Pros:

I had bad experience with Makerere Serene Hotel.The Management told me that they did not get any money from Expedia.ca.I was asked to pay 80,000 eighty thousand Ugandan shillings per a night because the management claimed to have not received any payment on my behalf.I paid 240,000 Ugandan shillings for three nights after which I decided to move out to another Hotel called HBT where I paid 300,000 Ugandan shillings for the remaining 5 days.In short the money I paid to Expedia.ca is unaccounted for.I have receipts from the two Hotels.I would advise anybody hoping to get accommodation at Makerere Serene Hotel to rethink or carry extra money in case the management refuses to acknowledge that the accommodation was paid for in advance.
