Alright for a quick stop over.
Pros:

General condition of the hotel was a little rundown but clean enough. Staff were friendly but not overly professional, one tried to steal items of clothing! Service was very slow. We waited well over an hour for both meals.

Pros:

One of the receptionist started to argue with me that the rate I had paid via Expedia was too low for them. I mean, I make all my bookings via this app. I asked her to sort that out with Expedia not me. It was ridiculous!!

Pros:

I found this hotel in December 2018, never written a review for any property or airline since my many years with expedia. The staff are amazing! The property is clean and everyone from the cleaners, front desk, kitchen, restaurant and to the drivers are helpful and supportive with a smile.

Daily cleaning and quick to service, the food was great, even when we were late to the restaurant for breakfast, they made sure to extend the breakfast operating hours to accommodate our lateness.

We returned to this property and booked several rooms for our family and friends traveling to attend a funeral ceremony after the December 2018 experience. We all love the hotel and the level of service.

It was worst we did not stay in the hotel. We had booked three rooms but only two were allocated. We checked in another hotel
