Hotel super, wellness super, snídaně taky. Měli jsme být v menší budově, ale dali nás do hotelu😊👍🏽perfektní přístup!

Velmi pěkný hotel s výbornou kuchyní. Pokud toužíte po velkém spa centru, doporučuji spíše Horal. Pokud toužíte po klidu
Pros:

Tuto lokalitu máme rádi a také se rádi vracíme, využíváme různé hotely, tentokrát Grandhotel Tatra. Mohu velice pochválit zaměstnance, kteří byli během našeho pobytu milí, usměvaví a profesionální. Také jsme si užili jídlo. Ceny nápojů se pohybují pochopitelně výše, což je ale s ohledem na cenu pobytů docela škoda. I v tomto krásném hotelu jsme potkávali hosty, kteří si vezli své lahve z domova… Pokoje jsou příjemně a pohodlné zařízeny, také se nám dobře spalo.
Spa a wellness sice menší, ale dostačující.

Cons:

Velice nešťastně řešena odpočinková zóna ve wellnessu. Od bazénu není žádná pořádná zeď, takže v době rodinných her je dost hluk a nejhorší je hluk od baru, od kterého vás dělí pouze skleněné dveře. Takže když se chcete po sauně opravdu zrelaxovat na lehátku, nemáte šanci, protože slyšíte naprosto každé slovo hostů na baru.
Také je škoda, že obě vířivky jsou přístupné pouze přes bazén, tudíž z bezplavkové zóny se musíte obléct do plavek, abyste mohli do vířivky. Bylo by lepší vymyslet samostatný vchod ze saun pro větší pohodlí.

Tento hotel je moje srdcovka🫶 mam uz neco odzkousene, ale zatim jsem nenašla hotel, který by měl krasnejsi vybaveni, lepší polohu, snidani nebo milejsi personal. A mysli zde i na detaily jako jsou speciální polštářky, vůně v celém hotelu, zapálený krb nebo milá pozornost při odjezdu. Jezdím sem pravidelně a už se těším na další pobyt. Proste TOP🥳
