The best place to stay in Guilin
Pros:

Such a nice hotel. We are satisfated!! There's park in front of the hotel, many cafes...The hotel is very beautiful, clean and comfortable, We sleep very well, drink tea in the room.. Have breakfast with a great view. The staff is so helpful, we really appreciate them. Once come again to Guilin, certainly stay here!!!

Séjour idéal dans un petit hôtel de charme, traditionnel et avec un personnel au top et anglophone !
Pros:

L'hotel Aroma Tea House est très bien situé, très confortable et avec une décoration d'objets chinois anciens dignes d'un musée. La salle du petit déjeuner offre une très belle vue sur Guillin. Le personnel parle très bien anglais, les 2 personnes à l'accueil organisent les excursions à la demande et proposent les services de voiture avec chauffeur, la personne que nous avons eue parlait très bien anglais et était très sympathique également. L'hôtel propose également un service de laverie très efficace et peu cher. Dans la chambre il y avait également un coin salon traditionnel pour prendre le thé - offert, c'était une pause très agréable.

Pros:

Charming, beautiful. Great top floor breakfast and views, wonderful helpful staff (thanks Rose). Walk down the road to beer and pizza next to pavement and lake. Wish it had been more than just overnight!! I really recommend it. Laundry liquid in bathroom and hanging room under cover outside. Very pretty walking along lakeside. My husband loved it.

We had a great stay and I would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel sits across from the lake which is great for getting out and walking. Theres a beer and food stall along the river if you want to relax with bears scenery.

The hotels design was amazing, lots of history and a very different style to modern hotels. Lots of antique tea pots and dark wooden designs. The bed was comfy and the tea window area was really cool to have.

The staff were really friendly and offered advice on tours and how to make your experience in the area good. We went to celebrate my brothers birthday and the hotel organised a gift for him which really made his day, it was a lovely surprise and we really appreciated it.

Cons:

The wifi wasn't the fastest if you're looking to go there for work.

Pros:

Абсолютно все, начиная от расположения отеля, заканчивая презентом при выселении. Персонал превосходно говорит по-английски. Также встретили в аэропорту с табличкой, забронировали круиз в Яншо и прекрасно сориентировали на месте куда сходить, что поесть, что посмотреть. Сам отель - произведение искусства. В номерах очень чисто и очень приятно пахнет. Завтрак хороший: яичница, помидоры черри, сосиски, чай, кофе, выпечка, дыня. И что-то еще из китайского 😁 до достопримечательностей рукой подать. Озеро прямо у выхода из отеля. Прогулочная улица 15 минут пешком вдоль озера. Однозначно рекомендую.

Perfect location with great staff service
Pros:

The stay was very good it was a nice hotel well taken care of with Chinese style furniture. What I liked most was the receptionist Rose who did everything possible to make our stay perfect, booked our Li river boat trip from Guilin to Yangshuo. And advised us of highlights to visit during our stay in Guilin
