Aroma Tea House

We loved this hotel. Problably the best hotel we've stayed in a while in Europe and Asia. The building and rooms are beautiful, the service is good, the (English speaking) staff are the kindest, and the services provided are great. The staff take care of you since arrival, offering water and guiding you around. We booked two tours (cars) with the hotel and the trips were fantastic. Our lady drivers were very kind, flexible and took very well care of us as well. I would totally recommend this hotel and I would love to come back.

Everything was good. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very spacious and the bathroom/shower was amazing. Location is perfect if you want to see the cute spots at the small lakes.

Chambre à empreinte japonaise (l'hôtel se nommant "Aroma tea house") très zen. Excellente literie et emplacement pour une cérémonie "thé" dans la chambre un peu en surplomb et face au lac. Vous trouverez des livres en chinois (of course) et en anglais dans l'espace lecture de l'immense et très joliment décorée salle consacrée aux petit-déjeuner/repas qui donne sur l'un des lacs de Guilin avec en arrière fond, des montagnes karstiques. Hôtel empreint d'élégance et de charme asiatique. Guilin est aussi une base de départ pour les rizières en terrasse de Longji à 2 heures aller en autocar ainsi que de Yangshuo et ses admirables montagnes karstiques (1 h de TGV + petit transfert vers le centre ville). Le jeu en vaut la chandelle

Increíble hotel!! Super cómodo, gente amable, habitación grande, con todos los servicios, incluso me hice un masaje estupendo. La ubicación del restaurante en la planta superior con venta acristalada y vistas a las montañas lo mejor. El desayuno buffet no estuvo nada mal.

The quality of the service - everybody was very nice at the reception. The hotel reception was very very helpful in managing pick up, river cruise tickets, transfer to the gate etc this was a premium service for which I am very grateful. Fantastic ladies who run the hotel with very high standards!

El alojamiento nos gustó mucho ya que era diferente al resto de hoteles a los que fuimos durante nuestro viaje a China. Su decoración y aspecto más tradicional le de un encanto especial. La habitación muy amplia, lo cual se agradece mucho. Las camas y la ducha excelente.
El desayuno no tiene una oferta muy amplia, pero es suficiente y se disfruta. Encaja con el ambiente familiar del hotel.
Las vistas desde la zona del desayuno hacen que sea un placer el momento.
Lo mejor de hotel, sin duda, es su personal. Es donde mejor nos hicieron sentir, acompañados y bienvenidos. Nos ayudaron en varios aspectos (organizando una excursión, gestionando la devolución del dinero de una entrada y con las cenas de servicio a domicilio). Son excelentes y muy simpáticas.
No tienen lavandería para los huéspedes, pero si ofrecen el servicio a precios muy razonables. Nosotros hicimos uso de él. Al día siguiente teníamos la ropa limpia y seca.
También hicimos uso del servicio de masajes el cual disfrutamos.

The room was comfortable and the staff was really kind and helpful. I felt very welcomed.

The rooms were great, but the staff there were the highlight of the establishment. They went above and beyond what was expected from planning out the Li River cruise, pickup, and attractions to helping us out, when we were in Yangshuo, bailing us out with connecting us with another driver for the day, when our trains were cancelled. The location is in the center within walking distance to everything. Please do not sleep and skip breakfast, upstairs is one of the greatest views you are going to get of Guilin.

Particolarmente apprezzata la disponibilità del personale, che ci ha dato molti consigli su cosa visitare in città e in generale della zona e su dove mangiare.
