Perfect for a few days in Athens.
Pros:

Friendliness of staff; excellent central location, nearby my favourite restaurant Diogenes, which also has a small high quality food hall nearby. Rooms comfortable and clean. Slightly compact room, which can be expected considering the prime location for a very good price. A good hair dryer is available from reception. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace. Close to my favourite shop Two Rooms.

Fint ophold for penge og især beliggenhed, venligt og hjælpsom personale.
Pros:

Hotel Byron ligger perfekt for et besøg i Athen , alle antikke sites museer og den gamle bydel er. Gå afstand fantastisk udsigt med Akropolis i panorama .

Perfect Location for Historic Athens
Pros:

My main pro for Byron Hotel is the location. You are situated at the base of the Acropolis and you can get some awesome photos from your hotel room. You are only a 15 minute walk from Mynokoros Square, a market area that has lots of food options. Due to the location, many tours start in the area so if you are booking a tour this can be advantageous. The breakfast was convenient and fresh and the staff was very helpful

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit small and offers no counter space but the location makes up for this. The elevator is a bit antiquated and small but it works.

Pros:

Hotel sencillo, pero limpio, confortable y sobre todo con excelente ubicación: a dos minutos literalmente andando del acceso al Acrópolis, con una entrada de metro a un minuto que comunica con linea directa con Plaka. Situado en una calle con mucha vida llena de tiendas, restaurante y cercana a todas las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Me dejaron tras el check out, dejar mis maletas en recepción hasta la salida de mi vuelo.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία, ευγενέστατοι όσοι εργαζόντουσαν, με τέλεια διάθεση συνεργασίας. Η περιοχή είσαι ασφαλής που είναι πολύ σημαντικό.

Cons:

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο. Παράθυρο σε κάτι σωλήνες, Μύριζε λίγο μούχλα που ήταν το βασικό μου πρόβλημα.

HOTEL SENCILLO, LIMPIO Y MUY BIEN UBICADO

El hotel está muy cerca de la Acrópolis, tanto como fue sorprendente salir por la puerta del hotel a las 07:45 horas de la mañana y a unos 30 pasos encontrarnos literalmente con la fila para la entrada de la Acrópolis, cierto que era un primer domingo y la entrada gratuita. Muy cerca del resto de las atracciones que ver en Atenas, todo se puede visitar andando.

Cons:

El baño es pequeño, hasta ahí como otros muchos hoteles o apartamentos donde hemos estado, pero el acceso a la taza del wc, tal como está distribuido, para una persona de complexión normal/gruesa es casi imposible porque está encajado entre la mampara de ducha y el lavabo, yo soy una persona de complexión delgada y tenía que entrar de medio lado. No se si el resto de las habitaciones serán iguales, pero la que a mi me dieron era así.

Outdated in the heart of everything
Pros:

The phone in the room didn’t work neither the very very tiny TV and the heater. The water in the shower only came out from the handle, what made very challenging to wash my hair and body since I needed to keep holding on to the handle, it didn’t not have a support on the wall nor a shower head. There was 3 beds on bedroom leaving little space to move around. No iron, no hairdryer in the room. Very very outdated. Didn’t feel like a hotel but someone’s apartment. It was clean and in the heart of everything. Good price but not at all what I expecting and needing to relax.
