Room was very nice clean and comfortable
Breakfast wasn't great terrible taste off food very little range at buffet table staff were absolutely great
Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, even as far as the gentlemen on the desk printed out some of my work notes without a second of hesitation. Bar staff insisted on bringing my drink to the table even though it was 20 feet away! Customer service is clearly a priority here and it was well received. The complimentary tea and water in the room was a nice touch, when other hotels are moving away from this. The hotel was very quiet, and a perfect stop for me on route from work.

Everything. We stay at the mourne country hotel at least 3 times a year. We love staying.
You can hear traffic especially the scramblers and boy racers in the middle of the night but that has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel or didn’t put a damper on us staying. We will be back in the summer.

Food was really good, both breakfast and evening meal. Staff were amazingly friendly, keen to help and always very chatty and cheerful.
Bedroom and en-suites could do with an update and better quality towels would be welcome. Shower pressure needs to be improved.
