Struttura carina e pulita. Ottima accoglienza da parte dello staff e della reception. Servizio ristorazione a buffet vario e di discreta qualità. Da migliorare la colazione nella parte non internazionale.

Cons:

Posto bello, ma la navetta di rientro dal mare alle 18 è improponibile: il sole tramonta alle 20 e c’è ancora tanta voglia di godersela. Chi la perde si ritrova a fare a piedi una salita impegnativa per tornare. Da migliorare anche la cura della zona mare.

Una settimana incredibile
Un posto meraviglioso, accogliente io e mio marito ci siamo divertiti. Lo staff del resort è eccellente e disponibile. La pizza buonissima complimenti. I ragazzi del bar e dell animazione Sandibel e gaetano, professionisti e bravi., Sandibel molto brava e dolcissima è riuscita a far giocare a mio marito. I ragazzi e le ragazze del bar molto bravi

Staff impeccabile, cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità hanno un volto con i nomi di Marianna, Chiara, Ilaria, e gli autisti cordiali della navetta . Tutto meraviglioso. La posizione è ottima e strategica x poter visitare la bellissimaTropea. L'acqua del mare è cristallina e paradisiaca.

Struttura nuova e ben tenuta con spazi verdi e confortevoli, camera con nuovi arredi, ottima la doccia comoda, piscina e spazi annessi soddisfacenti

Cons:

Camera troppo piccola, al di sotto degli standard, colazione a buffet terribile, prodotti confezionati e bevande non preparate al momento, bocciata.

Staff were friendly and helpful, padel court was a nice addition (free of charge), car parking was safe and secure, room was big with a nice sea view.

Cons:

Food choice was limited and poor quality, room needed some basic maintenance e.g. tap was loose, shower was wonky and coming away from the wall. Cleaners requested access to our room before check out time despite a do not disturb sign, walk to beach was fine but path poorly maintained (there is a shuttle bus so that option would negate this). Overall location was fine but local beach was not as nice as surrounding beaches that we drove to.
