Pros:

L’hôtel est top, la nourriture est à volonté, le service de réception y est cependant déplorable, beaucoup trop de racisme et un mauvais accueil de la part de tous les employés de la réception. Une denomée Sonia manque de respect aux personnes âgées et aux personnes de couleurs.

Le personnel à l'accueil de la journée n'est pas aimable. Le wifi n'est pas dans les chambres. Il est juste à l'accueil et marche rarement. qualité des chambres n'est pas mal, mais la chambre est très loin de l'accueil. Buffet et restauration correct par rapport au prix.

Second séjour dans l’établissement en deux mois , personnel au top ! Merci shrif le meilleur serveur toujours le sourire toujours là pour satisfaire la clientèle ( parole de restaurateur). Le personnel d’étage super gentil également Ramzy d’une gentillesse exemplaire ! Cela fait vraiment plaisir , le personnel de la réception est également au top et réactif .Seul bemol le chien ( naissance des aboiements ). Responsable avec toujours un petit bonjour c’est agréable ! Merci shrif pour ma surprise !

La 1ère fois que j'ai été au Zita Beach, c'était en 2014. 9 ans plus tard, l'hôtel est toujours aussi bien. La gentillesse du personnel, à l'écoute, souriant...
Hotel très propre. Certainement l'un des meilleurs de Zarzis.

Gutes Hotel in Strandnähe. Allerdings entstanden bei der Reservierung der Hotelzimmer Probleme. Alles in allem gebe ich dieses Hotel die Note 3.
