Este curat, iar doamna de la recepție a fost foarte drăguță, așa personal ar trebui sa existe în toate hotelurile, cu zâmbetul pe buze și extrem de amabilă. Vom reveni cu drag!

The lady at the reception was very helpful and very kind.

Cons:

We booked this hotel for 2 adults and 1 child. At breakfast, the staff deliberately refused to provide breakfast for our child, claiming that the child was “staying free.” This was an incredibly rude, humiliating, and unacceptable way to treat paying guests. The problem was never the cost — after paying a high price for the room, we could easily have paid for breakfast if required — but the shocking lack of basic hospitality and respect. This single incident completely ruined our experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

I did not eat the breakfast, but location is perfect, staff is good and friendly, quite war, permanent hot water, comfortable beds, but everything a little bit used and old - in the room and in the bath also

Este foarte bine
Pros:

Doamna Geanina de la receptie extrem de draguta, dealtfel tot personalul.
Micul dejun suficient si variat.

Cons:

Locurile de parcare sunt in jurul hotelului si nu sunt neaparat monitorizate video. Adica se parcheaza unde se gaseste un loc liber.
