Excellente adresse à Santa Marta!
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Sierra Nevada. Le personnel est des plus aimables et serviables. Wilson, hôte très sympathique, s’assure de notre bien être. La localisation de l’hôtel est centrale, proche des principaux attraits. La chambre est très confortable et propre. De plus, petit-déjeuner est servi avec du bon café!

Mala educación de la persona que me recibió era una señora

El aseo y la ubicación

Cons:

Al ingreso una persona sin saludar de una vez me dijo que el check in era a las 12 y no a las 10 me pareció muy grosera la señora, uno primero saluda y pregunta

Esta en el centro historico entonces es practico.
El personal muy atento.

Cons:

No nos gustó el olor a húmedo en las camas , la vecindad muy ruidosa y pesada para viajar con niños, las calles muy sucias. Se escucha mucho todo en el hotel en general.
