Pros:

We had a very nice stay. The terrace was great, the location was very convenient, the breakfast was delicious, everything was very clean, and the service was excellent. The apartment was also very well equipped, with useful amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine and laundry service. We definitely recommend this place.

Quiet and cosy hotel. Very well located and comfortable.
Pros:

Salento hotel is a quiet hotel in Salento, with few rooms, but very comfortable. It is located 5 mins from the centre, enough to get there easily, but good to miss the noise of the main area in Salento. The breakfast in the morning in the balcony looking at the sunrise was breath taking.

Rooms are really ample and comfortable, with a small kitchen and a fridge if you want to cook something. The staff was really helpful, and friendly. The Restaurant opposite to the hotel serves excellent patacona dishes if you want to try something local. Nearby you have all the facilities you might need, including supermarkets, restaurants, laundry facilities, etc.

From Salento you can reach easily the main holiday hubs in the area, like Filandia, the Cocora Valley, or the various coffee tours in the area. There are various options within walking distance from the hotel (45 to 60 mins walk for an ample and nice path). Location wise was really good.

Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing really, if anything, it would be good if they could be clearer about how the ordering of the breakfast process works, as we had some conflicting information, but this does not mean that it was not very good !!

Ubicación, instalaciones, tiene para dejar el auto, hay recepción las 24 hrs, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno está muy bien.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado, hay que ver temperaturas en la época de estadía, la verdad nosotros tampoco lo necesitamos, pero es un dato a tener presente.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns leider kaum verständigen da wir kein Spanisch sprechen, trotzdem waren sie sehr entgegenkommend und fanden immer eine Super Lösung! Sehr Freundliches Personal!

We booked on short notice and could not have been more happy with this lovely hotel.
Pros:

The lovely, friendly staff made us feel so welcomed and at home. The location was easily walkable to everywhere we needed to go, with private parking. Our room was super clean and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The cherry on top was an amazing front porch where we enjoyed breakfast each morning.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was perfect!
