View from the balcony. Friendly staff and good breakfasts. It''s a nice place to stay
Even though we didn’t speak Spanish, staff made all the effort to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Breakfast was delivered straight to the terrace in our room which was amazing. We’ve received help in arranging transfer to/from Pereira airport which made our journey stress free as we arrived late at night. Hotel is located short walk from main square and there is plenty of food options around.
Option to order some additions or slightly bigger breakfast portion would be an improvement

La ubicación muy centrica, cercana a muchos restaurantes y puntos turisticos, la amabiliada de los trabajadores, limpieza de la habitacion muy amplia y confortable, se tiene cocina en la habitacion si se requiere, el balcon muy bonito con vista a la iglesia de salento, el area muy tranquila para descansar, ambiente familiar.
Perfect combination of charm, location and practicality. Angelica and everyone else on the staff did a great job. Very attentive service. Breakfast was delicious and it was so nice to enjoy it on the deck looking out at the beautiful mountains.

We had a very nice stay. The terrace was great, the location was very convenient, the breakfast was delicious, everything was very clean, and the service was excellent. The apartment was also very well equipped, with useful amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine and laundry service. We definitely recommend this place.

Salento hotel is a quiet hotel in Salento, with few rooms, but very comfortable. It is located 5 mins from the centre, enough to get there easily, but good to miss the noise of the main area in Salento. The breakfast in the morning in the balcony looking at the sunrise was breath taking.
Rooms are really ample and comfortable, with a small kitchen and a fridge if you want to cook something. The staff was really helpful, and friendly. The Restaurant opposite to the hotel serves excellent patacona dishes if you want to try something local. Nearby you have all the facilities you might need, including supermarkets, restaurants, laundry facilities, etc.
From Salento you can reach easily the main holiday hubs in the area, like Filandia, the Cocora Valley, or the various coffee tours in the area. There are various options within walking distance from the hotel (45 to 60 mins walk for an ample and nice path). Location wise was really good.
Overall a great experience, highly recommended.
Nothing really, if anything, it would be good if they could be clearer about how the ordering of the breakfast process works, as we had some conflicting information, but this does not mean that it was not very good !!

Ubicación, instalaciones, tiene para dejar el auto, hay recepción las 24 hrs, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno está muy bien.
No tiene aire acondicionado, hay que ver temperaturas en la época de estadía, la verdad nosotros tampoco lo necesitamos, pero es un dato a tener presente.
