Excellent choice in downtown along the riverwalk.
Pros:

We had a great stay! The rooftop bar was an excellent spot to watch an incredible sunset over the water. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and an excellent location in downtown Wilmington. Breakfast was impressive.

Séjour incroyable et super agréable !
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait pour visiter le maximum de chose à pied, la vue de l’hôtel était incroyable, le personnel très gentil (petit clin d’œil particulier à la dame à l’accueil 🍄), un petit déjeuner très complet et une literie incroyable ! C’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai fais jusqu’à présent !

It was great. I'll stay again. I just won't ask the front desk any questions.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Omlets were great and staff for breakfast, happy hour and dinner were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Front desk managers were ok. They were competent but you felt like you were bothering them. The impression was they wanted to work on their computers and you were keeping them from their task and therefore an inconvenience. Both evening managers were the same. Competent but cold. I did not interact with the morning desk person.
