Pros:

It was a large and open hotel with a lovely modern design and very clean.

The room was fabulous! The hotel room was modern and clean and very well designed for a family stay with plenty of storage and a little kitchen area.

The laundry room was also excellent value for money and very clean.

The drinks reception was a lovely touch.

Cons:

Our AC kept resetting to HEAT every time we would go to sleep. We woke up 2 or 3 times to reset. We were only there 1 night after a long, fun beach day.

Excellent hotel with great rooms and service
Pros:

Excellent customer service. Room was very nice, clean, and bigger than anticipated. The manager reception was a nice plus to the hotel.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was the sheet and comforter on the bed had the tags at the top so you had to constantly turn it under to not have a tag in your face.

Great weekend escape
Pros:

The hotel was clean and accommodating. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was walking distance to restaurants and the river walk. Leo, our valet, went above and beyond to help us! Great experience.

Great time, would stay there again!
Pros:

Location, the interior of the hotel lobby and restaurant floor, the roof top bar and the complimentary drinks in the early evening were great.

Cons:

Did not love the couch in our room ( not comfortable). Also, the bathroom door rubbed on the floor then slammed shut when you tried to close it.
