Nice hotel
Pros:

The room was a very generous size and had a nice view of the river. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep.
We did not receive housekeeping one day but it wasn't a huge issue.

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault but we were very disappointed to find out after the fact that our stay did not qualify towards our Hilton rewards points because we used a "third party" (Booking.com). Very frustrating as our stay took place over a holiday weekend and was rather expensive. Would have stayed elsewhere if we had known this was going to be the case.

Very nice and comfortable room close to attractions
Pros:

We arrived early but the front desk offered to keep our luggage as well as get us in 3 hours early. It was close to the River Walk which is the only attraction we wanted to see.

Cons:

I didn’t like having to pay for parking but I know this is something most hotels do.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Great location with easy access to anywhere in Fredericksburg! (Right next to Wegman's- which was nice!)_. Suitable amenities for a travelling family with kids, nice breakfast, great staff at the reception- very curtious and professional.

Comfortable and Cozy.
Pros:

It’s river front and conveniently near downtown Wilmington, so all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Cons:

The pool was not clean to swim in.
