Overall excellent hotel in great location with very good staff. Woukd defintejy stay here again

bad service
Pros:

The suite was on one side that showed a bit of the back side of the river which is fine but what bothered us more they didnt clean the suite for next day, we were running out of toilet paper we called 6am in the morning, they told us to go down the reception to grab! we had no towels to take showers too , thats not a good service!

also we were charged 22dollar per day for parking while in the same parking they charged 15dollars per day foe public!, what a shock..
for the amount paid and for the service it was a big big dissapointment for us !

Cons:

service, they didnt clean the suite, we run out of toilet paper and towels when we asked for toilet paper they told us to go to reception to have it! and the recption wasnt friendly at all or even helpful !
