Pros:

Velice milý personál od uklízeček počínaje, přes personál v restauraci, až po recepční. S ničím nebyl problém, všichni usměvaví, to se jen tak nevidí. Úchvatný výhled na město, lanovka jako bonus, parkování přímo u hotelu. Hotel čistý, tichý, uklizený; prostorný pokoj i koupelna. Snídaně dostačující, kuchyně vynikající. Byli jsme s pejsky, které je možné venčit v parčíku u hotelu. K dispozici odpadkové koše, možnost procházek. Moc všechny zdravíme a děkujeme!

Cons:

Je potřeba počítat s tím, že s výhledem na město získáte i hluk projíždějících nočních vlaků. Nám to nevadilo, jsme zvyklí z domu :-)

Schönes Hotel, tolle Aussicht
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Einzigartige Aussicht. Schönes Restaurant, sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Sauna konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, da eine Buchung erforderlich ist und sie bereits vollständig ausgebucht war.
Beim Frühstück war Rührei&Schinken leider leer und wurde auch nicht nachgebracht.

Pros:

Nemohu nic vytknout, naprosto skvělé ubytování v centru města. Velmi vstřícný a přátelský personál. Rozhodně to není naše poslední návštěva.

Cons:

Jediné co bych vytkl, tak byla lednička, která nebyla úplně v čistém stavu. A manželská postel, která se neustále oddalovala od sebe. ( jinak postel naprosto v pořádku :] )

Pros:

Frühstück gut und ausreichend, Haus wunderbar, sauber und ordentliche Zimmer, geteilte Meinung über die Lage, Objekt selber auf dem Berg und sehr schöne grüne Umgebung, aber Blick über die Stadt, sehr industriehaltig nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Mal 2 Tage raus aus der üblichen Umgebung mit der Familie, sehr angenehm. Die Seilbahn direkt am Haus, erspart auch das Autofahren.

Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhet oppe på åsen. Imøtekommende personale. De booket massasjetime til meg i sentrum, siden spaet var stengt.

Cons:

Uflaks at spaet var stengt søndag og mandager, og gondolen til sentrum skulle ha årlig service akkursg den dagen vi var der.

Memorable in a great setting. Recommended.
Pros:

Incredible setting in a stunning building high up on a ridge. Lovely outside terrace for end of day drinks. Nice walk to waterfall/ castle for those actively minded. Really nice restaurant setting.

Cons:

Airconditioning didn't work well and room was hot without window open. Pillows too soft and unsupportive - but at least the friendly staff found us 2 of them!
