EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT ROOM WAS SPACIOUS SINCE I WAS UPGRADED TO PREMIER ROOMS.

WELCOME FRUIT BASKET DRY FRUITS TRAY AND VARIETY OF DRINKS IN THE FRIDGE ALL WAS COMPLEMENTARY.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Great property. Excellent restaurant with great staff. Very clean hotel. We loved our stay. Has great amenities. Will definitely stay again. Family loved this hotel. Probably one of the best in Pakistan.

Best experience as always! Serena now feels like my second home in Islamabad, always warm and welcoming.The premier room was amazing , which offered the best view and top-notch facilities. The staff and everything else were simply amazing. Looking forward to visiting again soon 😊

The best hotel in Islamabad!
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay at the Serena. So decadant, great customer service and comfort on another scale. The pillows were gorgeous. Special mention for my driver who dropped me to the airport in style and fended crowds for a trolley for me.

Cons:

Could have had some information on facilities at reception. Staff didnt explain breakfast times and facilities.
