Excellent service throughout the hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Just loved the swimming pool on the third floor. Loved the food and music in the Pakistani restaurant in the lobby. This is without doubt the best hotel in Pakistan.

The property was clean and the room was nice
We were a couple and in the room was only 1 toothbrush
Their customer service or room service never pick up the call, with the amount i paid these are basic things I would assume they would do. Moreover we had to wait15-20 minutes for checkin bcz one of the staff put the dates wrong

The hotel is huge so theres plenty of walking around to do... you won't be bored
The staff is courteous...
Maybe the rooms need a bit of an upgrade... İ am not saying the rooms are not good,
Just that... they are very old school... And while some people prefer that, some don't...
Property was impeccable stayed quite a while staff were amazing especially Sajid at reception was always very professional the place is the best in Pakistan I’ve been to the so called best in Islamabad Serena is number one
