Ms. Izza was very helpful with extension of our stay complimentary as we had checked-in late.

Pros:

Fantastic building. Spacious. Staff are friendly and courteous and get things done. Excellent facilities. Great spa and pool. Free pick up from airport saves a lot of hassle.

Cons:

They have a courtesy car for local drives but charge too much. They charge an hourly fee plus a mileage fee plus tax.
