Overall, this hotel is up to standard. It just needs some minor improvements.
Pros:

It's a beautiful property. I like the deco of the hotel, how welcoming and spacious it is. The professional and friendly staff.

Cons:

The breakfast. It has less selections. I would like to see more fresh elements such as juice section, fresh fruit and salad choices. The bakery gets dry and not a lot of dishes found tasty. The service get a bit sloppy too. My husband and I have waited long time that our table to be clean. We have to remind again and again to get someone to clean our table.

Pros:

I liked the dining options, this property hosts over 4 different restaurants. I really enjoyed the themed restaurants.

The food was delicious and the room was very comfortable. Extremely grateful to Amir and Fahmida at the reception desk for making our check in process fast and Chand at the Nazara lounge for being extremely hospitable.

Cons:

The water supply for the bath tub was muddy. It was reported, but wasn’t fixed entirely.

The premier lounge was closed, however the Nazara lounge was operational but it was in the different wing.

Pros:

Always stay here when we land in Pakistan, to rest up for the night. Staff are excellent, very polite, attentive, the airport transfers are seamless, no waiting around, drivers are always there. Food was absolutely top notch, this time we had a suite which had a balcony which made ot even better.

Staff helped with unwrapping our suitcases, took away all rubbish, the check-in process was very quick and efficient, we were tired and needed sleep so this was excellent.

Cons:

The carpet could of been hoovered better, the hotel is quite outdated in terms of decor, a lot of new hotels are opening around the airport area and Islamabad which would mean us preferring to stay there. In terms of price, it is quite on the high end, for a suite you're looking at £270 a night, but the service and food is great so you can kind of justify half the price.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast .. We had Premium rooms so we availed the premium lounge facilities as well. My son loved the swimming pool and the GYM
