Pros:

The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel itself was in a wonderful location, right in the heart of Chania. The hotel was small enough that it was very easy to navigate without being too small it felt suffocating.

Cons:

Truly I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel. I never head any other guests, the hotel was always spotless, and the staff were so amazing!

Είχα ξαναμείνει στο Central,
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία υπήρξε πολύ κομβική για μένα. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Για την τιμή του είναι καταπληκτικό, και το έχω ξαναεπισκεφτεί στο παρελθόν . Το δωμάτιο για ένα άτομο είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Couldn't have been better.... Olga, the owner was exceptional....so helpful....
Pros:

What an absolute Gem of a hotel... Perfect location....easy access...Clean, and the staff were all wonderful... We had to visit due to a family crisis & Olga could not have been more helpful & compassionate..
We will definitely stay here again & would thoroughly recommend this hotel...

Ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρική τοποθεσία δίπλα από καταστήματα, καφέ και fast food. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε αρκετά κεντρική τοποθεσία, με πληθώρα καταστημάτων, καφέ, φούρνων κλπ. Μπορούσες να βρεις το οτιδήποτε τριγύρω. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλαίσθητο και το μπάνιο όμορφο. Το βράδυ υπήρχε ησυχία και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν φιλική.

Cons:

Η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν από τζάμι με συνέπεια να μην απομονώνονται οι θόρυβοι και να μην μπορείς να αισθανθείς άνετα. Ταυτόχρονα η πόρτα δεν έκλεινε καλά αλλά έμενε μισάνοιχτη. Δεν υπήρχε μπαλκόνι.

Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Δεν έχω λόγια για την ευγένεια και την εξυπηρέτηση της κυρίας Όλγας στη ρεσεψιόν, απλά υπέροχη!

Pros:

Ήταν πεντακάθαρα! Όμορφο δωμάτιο, μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, άνετο κρεβάτι. Με χρειώδη για καφέ, τσάι και νεράκι στο ψυγείο. Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Κοντά σε όλα!!

Cons:

Λίγο μικρό το δωμάτιο. Δεν καταφέραμε να λειτουργήσουμε την τηλεόραση. Τα κλειδιά μας περίμεναν στη ρεσέψιον χωρίς να υπάρχει άτομο εκεί. Δεν ήταν δύσκολο αλλά δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί για τη διαδικασία. Μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία στο να βρούμε parking για το αυτοκίνητο. Τέλειο για άτομα που δεν έχουν αμάξι.

Friendly service, an excellent location, and good beds in a spotlessly clean room.
Pros:

We arrived late at night, but everything went smoothly and we got our room without any trouble. The door code had been sent in advance, and the key was waiting for us in the agreed location. The location is perfect, right next to the Old Town and the bus station. The hotel was well signposted and easy to find.

The room was spotlessly clean. We had booked the most affordable room facing the inner courtyard. Even though one of the busiest streets in Chania runs right in front of the building, the room was completely quiet. The room was pleasantly cool (January, with the window slightly open) and had an excellent bed and a thick, warm duvet. We slept like otters. There was plenty of hot water in the shower.

Ria is wonderfully friendly, and communication and guidance before arrival were excellent. We were just passing through and stayed only one night, but I’m sure Ria would have done anything to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel was very affordable and absolutely worth the price. We will definitely return.

Situation géographique idéale à 100 mètres de la gare de bus et à 10 minutes à pieds du port.
