Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Δεν έχω λόγια για την ευγένεια και την εξυπηρέτηση της κυρίας Όλγας στη ρεσεψιόν, απλά υπέροχη!

Pros:

Ήταν πεντακάθαρα! Όμορφο δωμάτιο, μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, άνετο κρεβάτι. Με χρειώδη για καφέ, τσάι και νεράκι στο ψυγείο. Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Κοντά σε όλα!!

Cons:

Λίγο μικρό το δωμάτιο. Δεν καταφέραμε να λειτουργήσουμε την τηλεόραση. Τα κλειδιά μας περίμεναν στη ρεσέψιον χωρίς να υπάρχει άτομο εκεί. Δεν ήταν δύσκολο αλλά δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί για τη διαδικασία. Μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία στο να βρούμε parking για το αυτοκίνητο. Τέλειο για άτομα που δεν έχουν αμάξι.

Friendly service, an excellent location, and good beds in a spotlessly clean room.
Pros:

We arrived late at night, but everything went smoothly and we got our room without any trouble. The door code had been sent in advance, and the key was waiting for us in the agreed location. The location is perfect, right next to the Old Town and the bus station. The hotel was well signposted and easy to find.

The room was spotlessly clean. We had booked the most affordable room facing the inner courtyard. Even though one of the busiest streets in Chania runs right in front of the building, the room was completely quiet. The room was pleasantly cool (January, with the window slightly open) and had an excellent bed and a thick, warm duvet. We slept like otters. There was plenty of hot water in the shower.

Ria is wonderfully friendly, and communication and guidance before arrival were excellent. We were just passing through and stayed only one night, but I’m sure Ria would have done anything to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel was very affordable and absolutely worth the price. We will definitely return.

Exceptional
Pros:

Olga the receptionist was exceptional
Very friendly staff
Good breakfast everything homemade
However since we had full day tours it qould be better if breakfast can start earlier at around 6am
Great location- only one street away from centre with alot of shops nearby
Recommendation-maybe having a pool
Or jacuzzi as there is nothing in hotel
But really good service and very clean

We will certainly return at an exceptionally priced hotel.
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and helpful .We loved the roof top area and the delicious breakfast served by .Stella “ a real star.Such a variety every day .Always something different every day.Rooms modern and extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med stedet, betjeningen og oppholdet totalt!!
Pros:

Frokosten var veldig god, hun som jobba der var hyggelig, smilende, hjelpsom, og serviceinnstilt! Hvis vi ønsket noe gjorde hun alt for å skaffe det. Om det var tomt for ost, omelett ell, fiksa hun det veldig fort. Hun kom til og med bort til bordet med noe hun så vi mangla :) Vi fikk oppbevare kake og blomster kjølig til neste dag :)
Olga som drev stedet var hjelpsom og ga informasjon om spisesteder, steder vi burde dra osv. Vi fikk oppbevare kofferter etc i resepsjonen og fikk brukt toalettet der før avreise. Vi kunne også bruke takterassen da vi ikke hadde rommet lenger.
Hotellet var i nærheten av både gamlebyen, busstasjonen og ikke langt fra havna og strendene.

Cons:

Det var litt lytt fra gata og gangen, men vi ble ikke forstyrret av andre gjester.
