I have been charged twice. Once by Booking.com which I told the check in staff about and they saw my receipt and confirmation number. Then, they proceeded to charge me again after check out.
Location, the room was perfect !
No complaints
The staff very friendly and helpful.
The traffic getting to the hotel is bad.
Loved the style of the hotel and all of the restaurants, bars and cafes on site were exceptional. In a great location to explore downtown Nashville just steps from anywhere you want to be.
We changed rooms after our first night due to lots of noise from within the hall of the property. The rooms are beautiful but the seal between the room and corridor leaks light and noise which makes the rooms feel less private/premium. Could also have been due to increased late night activity with NYE. After moving to a higher floor we had a larger room and experienced less noise issues.
Such a great hotel. Awesome location. Great service & really comfortable.
Nothing to dislike
The location was great, right in printer’s alley and two blocks from broadway. The room was comfortable and bed was great. The decorations for christmas were so cute (until staff took them down as we were checking in). The overall look and vibe of the hotel was elegant.
The view of a brick wall outside was unpleasant considering the price for the stay. House keeping never came two out of four days (the other two we had dnd on door) Had to call down for new towels while our old ones sat wet on the floor because again, no housekeeping. The prices for food were astronomical.$42 for steak nachos at the restaurant located in the basement. Absolutely not. Zero personality from anyone at the front desk at check in and out. There were large dogs barking in the room next to us and when we told the front desk they literally could not have cared less. Zero hospitality when i mentioned we were staying for our wedding anniversary. Also was charged 300$ for parking for 4 nights. Absolutely insane
View was ok
Very Outdated Hotel. Terrible elevators, restaurants, food. Overpriced breakfast, very messy cafe with food on tables and dishes not cleaned up.
The only good thing was the walking distance
It took 2 hours for the valet to find our keys. They said i was gonna have a hold for incidentals, it was 3x was we paid for the 1 night we stayed. Now I have 3 extra $76, $246, $200 charges on my card. We weren't even at the hotel except to sleep then left early. This is trash. Now I'm going to have to call my bank and find out where all these charges are from .
I truly loved my stay at the Noelle. It is in a great location and in walking distance to all the attractions in Nashville. I absolutely love the history of this hotel, it is a gorgeous art deco hotel with exquisite details everywhere. It was decorated for Christmas with a breath taking tree in the lobby. The little details really made my stay from the coffee/tea and water (flat and sparkling) station on each floor, the heron logo/branding throughout, the artwork that lines the halls/rooms detailing the history of Nashville, and the funky coffee mugs in the room. I probably said, "Look how cool this is!" a hundred times!.
The staff was wonderful. I shared a story with staff about the connection my late mother had to the Blue Heron and how The Noelle was special to me because of that. They sent me two hand written letters thanking me for sharing my story and personally delivered a gift to my room of a Blue Heron ornament from their gift shop. Totally blown away and can not wait to return.
Great location. And the restaurants were good.
Breakfast took forever one day. I get it, it happens. Asked front desk a few questions, didn’t quite get all the answers. If it were me, I would have found the answer and got back to client.
Location was excellent. The coffee and water station in the hallway was huge bonus and really appreciated.
The street noise on Friday and Saturday nights was quite loud. The parking was very expensive.
We had the best time! The staff, specifically Suelene, was amazing! We stayed one night to enjoy our own town, and recommend it for anyone on Nashvile.
