We had a lovely experience at the Noelle. Everything was clean and well kept. Great location Avery helped with a smooth checkout process
Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants and bars. It was a shame that our overall experience was soured by a shower that had a trickle of water the night we checked in. It was late at night, so we didn't want to have maintenance in our room at that hour when we wanted to go to bed. In the morning I alerted staff that we'd need our shower fixed but that we currently were in the room getting ready for the day and asked that they come in after we had gone out. A few minutes later when we were all in the room changing, etc. they were knocking on the door. I had specifically asked that they come in a bit later when we were out, since we were women changing and getting ready, etc. That night the shower seemed to be a bit better. Each day thereafter though it got worse and went down to to a trickle again. There's nothing worse than being on vacation needing to shower and looking forward to a good shower, etc. to freshen up and knowing your shower barely puts out water. Again, I requested maintenance come in while we were out in a little while. It just made sense to do it that way. Just like before, they came up to fix it while we were in there. Whoever was relaying the requests, was not letting maintenance know we wanted them fixing it while we were out touring instead of when we were in the room in our PJ's, etc. That night our shower was not putting water out again and when maintenance came, they said it was a universal problem in the hotel because they chose the wrong shower heads making pressure worse and not putting much water out. It wasn't even enough to wash soap off the body, let alone wash your hair thoroughly and getting the shampoo out. So, while the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, it was not comfortable knowing I felt dirty the whole time. On a side note, we had to ask the front desk person a general question about whether the hotel had a specific amenity one night and that person gave a very blunt "No" answer and walked away without offering an alternative nearby to go get what we needed. I wish we had a better experience because it is a great location and nice property. They just need to fix the showers. Housekeeping was very good and it was very clean, so that's an important positive.
Stayed one night for the Alan Jackson concert. Of course, every hotel in Nashville was price gouging. I don’t mind paying for value but this wasn’t it. The hotel was clean. One elevator was broken so it took a while to get up and down the building. The room was small with no refrigerator. Street noise was loud until wee hours in the morning. Would give it 3.5 stars if I could. I would not book again.
Quick and easy check in — thanks Avery!
Avery is the best. Great check in experience.
Avery helped me with changing my reservation and made my stay easy and relaxing! I will be staying here again!
Genuinely best hotel stay I’ve had, the level of attention to detail within the stay was nothing like I’ve ever seen before. Right when I stepped into the being Avery ( at the front desk) was super attentive to my needs and truly made me feel at home. The restaurant/bars on property were amazing too and just the overall atmosphere. Looking forward to my next trip to Nash :)
Loved my stay at the Noelle. Clean and very chic! Brady and Seth were super helpful at the valet stand! Would recommend and definitely come again.
Brady was the most professional valet I’ve ever come across!!!
From I entered the hotel I knew I was in for an amazing experience. After 3 flight delays, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from Charlene. Check in was swift and I was able to get the extra items needed for my stay. Thank you! I will definitely be back.
Amazing experience and the staff were perfect. Avery was very polite 10/10 recommend. Cheers
Seth and Dakota at valet were attentive, friendly and quick. They knew what event I was in town for, made a space available for parking, and had me in and out in no time both on entry and whenever I was ready for my car. They were friendly with conversations about the city, and accommodations at the hotel. I highly recommend Noel hotel and using the valet services.
Awesome time it was beautiful and clean
Had a great first experience at the Noelle. Brady was an excellent valet, will be returning.
What a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Nashville. We stayed for 4 nights for the CMA Fest and really enjoyed our stay. We did upgrade our room and lost what would have been a great view but we weren’t in the room a lot anyway.
The beds were comfy, bathroom was nice and spacious and loved the robs that were provided. The whole hotel smells wonderful, I even took a candle home with me. Loved the coffee bar in the hallway and easy access to both elevators. Thanks for a great stay.
This was the nicest hotel. The person at the front desk was so sweet and the entire hotel was beautiful and updated and very classy. The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels. There is special lighting in the rooms and the blinds opened on their own when you entered. There was an adorable little radio next to the bed. It even came with a steamer. Very happy here. Also a really nice rooftop bar that looks over to Nissan Stadium. There’s a hidden bar speakeasy style, but we didn’t get to check it out.
We recently stayed at Noelle Hotel in Nashville and wanted to give special recognition to Odival, the concierge, for making our trip truly memorable.
From the moment we started planning our visit, Odival was incredibly helpful, providing excellent advice, recommendations, and assistance before we had even arrived. His communication was prompt, thoughtful, and always focused on helping us get the most out of our stay.
Throughout our trip, nothing was ever too much trouble. Odival went above and beyond with thoughtful extra touches that made our experience feel special and personalised. His local knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine desire to ensure we had a fantastic time were exceptional.
Outstanding service like this is rare, and Odival played a huge part in making our Nashville trip such a success. Thank you for all your help, advice, and hospitality—we can't wait to return!
Excellent.
