Value for money, great location, clean and nice room. Helpful staff but needs them to smile more.
Pros:

First of all, I appreciate how the staff was very accommodating when we asked them to ship us the item (A watch owned by my late dad) we left behind. They were very prompt in responding and I really appreciate that. I also love how it was so accessible to the MRT Station and near restaurants and convenience stores and have safety precautions in place. The rooms are also very clean and spacious enough for luggage and things.

Cons:

They only have 1 pillow for each person in a deluxe room for 2. For someone like me who needs two pillows for proper sleep (hypertensive need to elevate my head) I am glad though that if requested, they also provide extra pillows. Also, i hope the staff smiles more. But I appreciate that they try their best to be helpful even if they are also limited in their English. Just the stoic faces when talking to them can be so off-putting and cold.

快適なホテルを希望している人はやめたほうがいいと思う。
Pros:

部屋の広さは少し狭い感じはありましたがきちんと清掃されていて清潔でした。

Cons:

バスタブはなく、シャワーでしたが、水圧がなく、温度が適温になるまで時間がかかります。しばらく出しっぱなしにして湯気が確認してから入らないと冬はたまらないだろうと。
また、壁が薄く水の流れる音や、隣室の音などが聞こえます。神経質な方は泊まるのはやめたほうがいいかもしれません。私が止まったのは最上階なので水圧は低かったのか?

シングルベッド×3台のトリプルルームがあり、かつ宿泊費が安かったこと
全体的に設備がきれいだったこと

Cons:

バスルームとベッドルームを仕切る壁が一部すりガラスになっていて、カーテンなどがないため、トイレやバスの電気をつけるとベッドルームまで明るくなってしまうこと。夜間にトイレを使う際に、他の人を起こすことになってしまうため、非常に困った
