Pros:

Вполне хорошие условия проживания, пешая доступность до набережных Невы, что было важно при возвращении с ночных экскурсий и в день парада ВМФ 28 июля. Пересадочный узел метро из трех станций рядом с отелем. На Сенной площади и по Московскому проспекту есть и другие виды транспорта. В номере есть все необходимое, на этаже постоянно доступны электрочайник, чай, кофе, сахар, питьевая вода.

При заселении администратор сообщила об отсутствии номера в соответствии с моей бронью, За повышение категории потребовалась доплата 500 рублей в сутки, что я и сделал. При этом документ, подтверждающий доплату, был выдан только после дополнительной просьбы. Как альтернатива предлагалось только переселение в другой отель.

Pros:

Ввиду того, что наше бронирование потеряли, нас просто переселили в хостел более низкой категории. К хостелу "Лира", в который нас переселили, претензий нет.
