Customer service was great! We went closer to the office season so there wasn’t a whole lot to do but the hotel was amazing and had a great rooftop bar

The entire staff was amazing. They helped with anything you need or want at all. The location is perfect, literally on the street with all the shopping and dining you could wish for. The hotel will schedule taxis for you if needed. The rooms were beautiful and clean. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again if I return.

Esmeralda and Andres were very accommodating. They helped us maneuver through the city with ease. The bar staff were extremely professional and helpful. The entire staff was professional, polite and accommodating. They helped make the stay wonderful. We are already planning on returning next season

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The rooms are not only spotless but also very cozy and charming. If I ever come back to Mykonos, I wouldn’t think twice—I’d definitely stay here again. A heartfelt thank you to everyone!

Great and warm team

We really like the hotel! The shower is wonderful, the bed is comfortable, the room we stayed in was very spacious, everything was really good!! The attention given by Andreas and Esmeralda has no equal! Very dear!!

The staff, view and area are all amazing. The staff was friendly and informative if you had any questions. The town was lively but quiet enough after 10:00 in the immediate area around the hotel. You are minutes from shoping, food and the transfer stand.

A great stay and wonderful, helpful staff.

I’ve been all around the world but never had service quite like this. Even before we arrived in Mykonos, Andreas and Esmeralda were helping to arrange our transfer from the ferry port to the hotel, and even helped rebook our ferry when we got off in Tinos instead of Mykonos 😅 When we arrived, Gabriel and Esmeralda greeted us from our van and wheeled all our luggage to the hotel! Note that no vehicles except for some residents are allowed past the main gate, so it was a 5 minute walk from where we were dropped off to the hotel. Esmeralda helped us get settled in and mapped out some beaches and restaurants for us - everything she recommended was excellent!!!

Our room was sparkling clean, and we were welcomed with cold towels, glasses of prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon, and a bottle of white wine to enjoy in our room. We booked the Sunset View room with a balcony, and we could not have asked for a better room. Housekeeping was so efficient and had our room cleaned while we ate breakfast everyday and it was so nice to come back to a clean room during the hottest parts of the day to freshen up before going out again at night. The Clarins toiletries were wonderful, and we regret not picking some up on the way out!

The breakfast each day was wonderful - we always opted for iced lattes and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Very generous portions and enough to keep us full until suppertime. Thank you so much to Kristina and Valeria for the exceptional service and remembering our coffee orders after our first day!

Esmeralda also helped to curate our experience in Mykonos to make the most of our three days - we enjoyed a sunset catamaran cruise with a small group of other hotel guests, and visited Scorpios on our first night. We had such peace of mind being able to so easily communicate with the hotel, and knowing that the logistics of our plans were always taken care of. Even if we made a wrong turn to walk to our restaurant from the hotel, Esmeralda or Andreas would come running down the stairs and across the square to make sure we were headed in the right direction!

The Skybar is also a must-see for the panoramic views of Mykonos at night! So romantic, and the cocktails were priced well. You can’t beat the location - the hotel was perfectly situated in the Old Town and was a short walk from Little Venice and all the best shopping.

Words cannot do justice to how much we enjoyed our stay, and how warm, kind and attentive all the staff were. Their attention to detail is truly what makes this hotel luxurious. We hope to be back soon!!

When booking, the staff were incredibly responsive in assisting me with getting from the port to the hotel and helping me choose an excursion that was right for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by name. The entire length of my stay, staff used my name and paid attention to personal details about me to make my stay not only individualized, but incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure I could relax and that I had everything I needed. They offered recommendations for restaurants and beaches- which were all wonderful- and made sure I had transportation to whatever I needed- some of which was done by their private driver. This hotel is within walking distance to the shops/restaurants, the water, and the bus station. There is a place to eat and a coffee shop within steps of the front desk. The room is relaxing and quiet. There is also a wonderful shared terrace for watching the sunset with a beverage and snack! The photos online are exactly what you get! A special thank you to Katerina and Andres for their AMAZING hospitality. The experience I had here is something I wish I had at every hotel.

Honestly, Just came back to Dubai and I must say Townhouse Mykonos made my trip so special. From the moment I arrived, everyone there was just so friendly and genuinely helpful and really going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
The place itself is spotless and beautifully kept. Housekeeping was super accommodating, and my room always felt fresh no matter what time I got back.

What I loved most is how they help with literally everything from booking a car to finding the fanciest beach parties or even recommending budget‑friendly spots if you want something chill!😍 They know the island inside out and really care about what would suit you not just tourists in general🙏🏻

And the location… right in the middle of the old town, surrounded by those gorgeous little streets, shops, and restaurants. You really feel like you’re staying in the heart of Mykonos

Lovely hotel and staff. The villa was perfect for our large family. When our ferry to Santorini was canceled and we were stranded in Mykonos, the wonderful staff made arrangements for us to extend our stay another night. They provided exceptional customer service.

What a wonderful stay at The Townhouse Mykonos! I spent a few days here with my adult daughter during a visit to Athens. A beautiful luxury hotel with such attention to detail – in the décor and service. Special thanks to Katherine and Andreas at Reception who made our stay so easy with advice on activities and restaurants and help arranging excursions. But the whole team were brilliant. The location is great, really central and the views from the bars wonderful, especially at sunset. Even if you aren’t staying at the hotel, I highly recommend visiting the Skybar/cocktail lounge: the cocktails are amazing. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping and the windmills/little Venice.

The TownHouse Mykonos is absolutely beautiful and a must stay if you are coming to Mykonos. Location wise it is perfect to wander the sprawling streets of Mykonos Town. It is also a short bus ride to any of the local beaches. The experience of staying at this hotel is truly incredible! I especially want to callout Andreas who made this trip so memorable. He provided amazing recommendations for restaurants, catamaran excursions, and activities all tailored specifically for you! Whether you are looking for the best gelato or how to spend your day, this hotel provides the best service to ensure your stay in Mykonos is special! All staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are so clean with modern designs! The perfect stay for any adventure on Mykonos!
