Pros:

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi.
Camera spazio e confortevole.
Ragazze alla reception cordialissime, ci hanno consigliato dei ristoranti in cui ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Molto buona anche la colazione su richiesta, sia il salato che il dolce.

Cons:

Il parcheggio che solo qualche giorno prima abbiamo saputo essere chiuso la domenica e il primo maggio. Non abbiamo mai potuto usarlo ed abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina lungo la strada. Facendo qualche giro il posto si trova.
Si sentivano un po’ troppo i rumori in strada.

Чудове розташування, дуже приємний персонал і дуже чисто, атмосферний інтер'єр з плиткою і гобеленами. Зручно, що поруч є парковка, платна, звичайно (якщо оформлювати пропуск через готель буде дешевше), але як виявилось на Криті у містах паркування на вулиці - це велика лотерея.

Cons:

Є невеликі проблеми з шумоізоляцією. Якщо приїжджаєте у відпустку і хочеться довше поспати, це може бути проблематично, навіть із зачиненим вікном. Особливо враховуючи, що в сусідній будівлі йде чи ремонт чи реставрація.

A most enjoyable welcome to and stay in Chania.
Pros:

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Bathroom and shower particularly good. The breakfasts delivered to room were very good value and enjoyable.

Pros:

My room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and good shower. There were coffees & tea with a kettle. Mini fridge comes handy for milk and drinks etc. Host was lovely and very helpful, pointed me to the best Gyro in town. Had a wonderful stay, will definitely return for my next visit.

Pros:

The place was so acconodating to our needs. We had a very late check in and Ada left all the directions to the letter.

Pros:

Świetny pobyt w Mosaic! Obiekt ma znakomitą lokalizację – wszędzie blisko, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie. Obsługa jest przemiła i pomocna na każdym etapie pobytu. Dużym plusem jest możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania po godzinie 21, co daje dużą elastyczność przy późnym przylocie.

Pokoje są świeże, widać że niedawno remontowane, bardzo zadbane i codziennie sprzątane. Miłym akcentem jest codzienne uzupełnianie kapsułek do kawy – drobiazg, ale robi różnicę. Na plus również winda, co jest wygodne przy bagażach.

Zdecydowanie polecam!

Nice accomodation just blocks away from the old town. The breakfast is a good value!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect- outside of the busy/touristy old town, but just a short walk away. We were able to park for free just up the street. Lots of little grocery stores and a laundry were within just a few blocks. The breakfast was affordable and tasty.

Cons:

The hotel has an area that would be perfect for breakfast and coffee. We would preferred eating there to eating in our room. The room wasn't really set up for it.

Pros:

Close to main attractions but quiet. Tastefully and sympathetically designed to reflect original features of the 1930's building. Bed was comfortable, clean and it had a modern bathroom. Looking forward to recommending this property to friends if they find themselves in Chania.
