Pros:

Stunning hotel, staff were really friendly and the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

All was excellent, just that we couldn't use the pool as it was too cold for this the time of year.

Hotelul și Gradina frumos amenajate, camerele curate, micul dejun gustos

Cons:

Faptul ca nu a fost uscător de par în baie. Dar la recepție sunt. Trebuie doar cerut, deci nu o mare problemă.

Bon petit déjeuner servi dans le jardin par un personnel sympathique.

L'éclairage de la chambre était insuffisant.

Pros:

De serene sfeer en het uiterst vriendelijke personeel. Je zit aan de andere kant van de Nijl, maar het is een leuke wandeling en niet zo ver, met het bootje kan je naar de overzijde om daar de Luxor tempel te bezoeken.

Cons:

Bij aankomst zag je niet gelijk het hotel liggen, het ligt aan een zandweg waardoor je bij aankomst echt twijfelt of het hotel nog wel bestaat. Maar eenmaal binnen is het prachtig!

Es muy bonito y acogedor, el personal es muy amable

Cons:

No tenia tv en la habitación, el wifi solo funciona en la recepción y que queda en la orilla contraria de donde encuentras la mayoria de restaurantes y atracciones

L’hotel è molto particolare, sembra uscito da un romanzo di Agata Cristie. Camera grande e pulita. Bagno privato bello. Colazione buona e fatta in giardino ( meraviglioso). Personale molto cordiale e gentile.

Cons:

Cena Migliorabile. La camera era un po buia.

I couldn't sleep there because of the location: no lights and didn't feel safe as a woman traveling solo.
The pictures are deceiving: you will NOT see what it shows on Booking.
I'm requesting a full refund: they don't want to. So I am still disputing the case with them and with Booking to get my money for something I was deceived by.

Maravilla de hotel
Pros:

Un hotel increíble!!! Estuvimos 5 días alojados y fueron fantásticos. Gracias a Karim y a todo el equipo del hotel, las personas pendientes del desayuno y de limpieza eran super amables y atentos. Ah! Y este lado del río es mil veces mejor, más tranquilo, restaurantes estupendos y mil maravillas x ver. Con el barco público cruzas rápido a la otra zona.
