The dinners were delicious, the staff kept the place clean, but my fondest memories are of Mr. Maher, the hotel manager, who, with his professionalism and kindness, makes everyone's stay a pleasant one. I highly recommend him.

We had amazing stay. Rooms are clean and tidy and very cozy and the staff are so polite and cheerful. Special thanks to Amr and Ibrahim at the reception desk and to chef Shaarawi at Le Grand for making our stay 100× better than we expected
