The location is perfect if you are moving around Addis. And also best proximity to the Airport.
Very smooth check in.

Cons:

The bathrooms are very crumped. And house keeping needs to do a better job in cleaning the bathroom corners and also under the bed.
Was picked up but it would have helped if the driver had a name tag. I had to go outside to look for him.

I liked my stay here. It was nice.

I liked the location.
I also liked the staff, they were very helpful and polite.
One of them (Seble) went as far as helping me get something from the market. She is a kind soul.

There was a very slight mold smell in the bathroom.

The price / tariff charged to me as I can found similar properties at 100-120 USD
