Great location, pretty close to the airport with a good shuttle service. Some really nice restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed and decent room size. Overall a very good experience and would visit again. I visited on Easter Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed the coffee ritual offered in the lobby.

A nice business hotel situated in the heart of Bole, Addis Ababa's commercial and entertainment district. And it delivers exactly what you'd expect from the Best Western brand—clean, functional accommodations with professional service and modern amenities. While hotel hotel genuinely excels in certain areas, making it a reliable choice for both business travelers and tourists, there are some notable friction points that prevent it from being excellent across the board. Weekend entertainment gets excessively loud, WiFi reliability is questionable on upper floors, room sizes skew smaller than anticipated. The property also faces street construction noise most of the time. Still, for the proximity to Bole International Airport and the exceptional staff service, it remains a solid value proposition in Addis Ababa's competitive hotel market.

LOCATION: The hotel sits just off Bole Road in the city's business and entertainment hub, making it genuinely convenient for virtually everything you'd need. Bole International Airport is less than 2 kilometers away—about a 4-minute drive in light traffic, though Addis traffic can be unpredictable. The complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service works reliably and efficiently, which is a significant plus given how close the airport is.

DINE + DRINK: Nice Lobby lever bar. But didnt try the restaurant food to comment on it.

ROOM: We stayed in Room 805 , so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW:Seet view of the street and cityscape from the small balcony attached to it ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Very RANDOM toiletries, bring your own!

FACILITIES: The Gym on site was the highlight of the stay - well equipped with a good range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines, perfect for a full-on workout! They also have a SPA on site.

SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of.

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages
