Pros:

The service in the hotel was great. People were very friendly and willing to answer questions that we had. Location is excellent of course. Near the airport and in the centre of Addis Ababa. Breakfast was very good with the excellent touch of Ethiopian coffee.

I can say below expected in terms of facility.
Pros:

Staff were accommodating

Cons:

Room was too small. Shower warm water temperature and pressure was not good at all. Road was closed when I traveled. In accessible to Taxis and Uber. Hotel should have given a heads up on that
