Fresh, clean hotel with amazingly helpful and experienced staff!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with copious amounts of different foods to choose from. Ethiopian specialties, as well as continental favourites. I loved the different juices and the traditional coffee you could get by the reception. The staff was incredibly helpful and delightful. They helped me book taxis as the road outside was under construction. I also have to highlight that they picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night and helped me check in seamlessly.

Cons:

The construction work outside was loud all night long, unfortunately. But this is of course a temporary problem.

Pros:

Free shuttle to airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Many TV channels including premier league and other live sports. Nice bar lounge in the lobby.

Cons:

Current city reconstruction makes the whole surrounding area very messy, will be good upon completion (but don't know when). Private event on top floor played super loud music and disturbed guest rooms.

Excellent!
Pros:

Excellent location! The free shuttle to the airport is very convenient!
Staff were very welcoming! The room was very spacious and clean. Gym is great with many machines including free weights. Complimentary water, tea were available in the room. Highly recommended the restaurant downstairs as their food is excellent and a great value! Definitely will book again!

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was 10/10. Location was good/ bad. Good as it will be pretty central to lots of cafes , restaurants etc. and super close to the airport. Bad see below.
Pickup from the airport was excellent and convenient
Rooms were fine, slightly dated but clean and everything worked.

Cons:

Not an issue of the hotel, but currently, as with it seems all of the city, there are major construction works on the local road. This is all over AA and the city however so wherever you stay will be the same Just for the time being it was hard to even walk outside the hotel. Presume the works will complete soon and then the area will be quite nice.
Note you can't hear the works from the hotel so no issue in terms of noise.

Great stay in Addis Ababa
Pros:

Hotel is situated near to one of the many squares so a good base for travelling around the city. Large well appointed room.

Cons:

There are currently (Jan 26) a lot of roadworks in the area but it did not impact on my stay. No noise within the hotel.
