I traveled for buainess to Addis and stayed at the Best Western Plus in Bole. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service. From the moment I arrived I was greated by friendly and helpful security staff, after which the bellman accompanied me to the frontdesk, where I was met by two very kind and friendly reception staff. This whole experience was the start to a very pleasant stay. The rooms, although not the biggest is very well equipt. All my needs where me. The next day at breakfast was the ultimate surprise with a true feast at the buffet. The staff is so friendly and nothing asked is to much. This team truly understand the meaning of service excellence. Well done and keep up this great service. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.

The ice cream shop had amazing flavors and friendly service. Every scoop was creamy, fresh, and perfectly sweet. I left smiling and can't wait to return.
This is a nice Cafe in the heart of Bole. Very close to the airport. The ice cream is the best!! Better than American Ice cream! You can get delicious pastries. The servers named Mekdes. T , Werke, and Keona are absolutely the best. They speak multiple languages and will help you get the best treat from their selection. I highly recommend coming here if you're ever in Bole,Ethiopia

Location was perfect and the staff were amazing
What I liked most about the hotel was the amazing staff, who were always ready to help with smiling faces. Their breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from.
