The food, bed, swimming pool. The staffs always put on with a smile.

I request for trash bin plastic bag its need to request many times. The staff dont give me the correct number of trash bin plastic bag everytime I request.

Pros:

We love it here — the location is GREAT! Right in the middle of Batam Center, and even going to K Square doesn’t feel far.

Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the taste was fine too.

Overall, we’d definitely come back and stay here again!

Cons:

Our room was a Family Deluxe, which was spacious and okay but could use a few repairs (dry string in the toilet, bathtub closure, and the switch between shower and bath).

We went booking room with Queen bed hoping there will be a bath tub however during check in confirmed that there is no bath tub yet, the staff give free upgrade to single deluxe room (ofc with bathtub) for free! The service is all tiptop. Love! The breakfast? Magnificent!

Pros:

The location is excellent, close to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

There is a small café just outside the hotel, which was a nice alternative to the usual Starbucks options.

A convenience store is located directly across the street, making it easy to pick up essentials at any time.

Cons:

The soundproofing could be better. Despite staying on a higher floor, I could still hear people talking in the corridor as well as traffic noise from outside.

The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. It would switch from hot to cold every few seconds (literally every 2 seconds), which was uncomfortable and could potentially be unsafe as the hot water occasionally became very hot.

The breakfast spread was fairly average. Some items could be improved, such as the milk for cereal being served warm and the scrambled eggs being quite runny.

No notice for pool renovation work.
