Pros:

Perfect private place to stay while in Moab. Space was super clean, well laid out and the bathroom was fantastic!! Will stay here again and again!

Pros:

Newer facilities/cabin, comfy beds and pillows. Adequate AC when 100 degrees plus. Available coolers, ice, grilling equipment and minutes from town. The meadow was an oasis. Plus Wizard the cat watches over everything at the main house.

Cons:

Some construction on new units but done during daylight hours with no loud noises.

Nice stay in Moab
Pros:

Breakfast was not included with our stay. The resort did give us a $5 coupon to use there each day we were there but that was not enough to buy a breakfast. There was a kitchenette in our cabin so we made our own. They did give us a delicious bag of coffee that we made every morning. It was a very spacious cabin so very comfortable.

Cons:

It was not within walking distance to town/ restaurants.

Comfortable and Convenient for Us
Pros:

The cabin was perfect for our needs. My son and daughter-in-law were running the Moab Half Marathon Trail Race and I was taking care of my 17 month old granddaughter. There was plenty of outside areas to keep her busy and it was really easy to take care of her here.

Cons:

Would have liked to have a playground area for kids. There was a beautiful green area with hammocks and games, but not play equipment for kids.

I've travelled a lot, and this is my favorite place to stay, bar none.
Pros:

The easier question is "what didn't we like?" The unit was exceptionally clean and laid out so everything in the kitchen and throughout the unit was easily found. Instructions were clear.

Cons:

We've stayed at Moab Spring Ranch several times (each time we go to Moab). Wouldn't consider anywhere else. Now I'm older, I would have appreciated toilets not so low, or hand rails to help me up. It was a very minor inconvenience.
