Peaceful atmosphere. The staff was amazing as well.
There's no shelter by the poolside so if it's hot out, there's no where to chill at except the room. Also, the WiFi is really bad.

Breakfast is not worth for the price. The villa is expensive and the breakfast is not good less variety.

The room was very small, toilet was too big. We even found a cockroach on our first night there..there's alot of mosquitoes. The swimming pool water was too cold so end up my kids didn't use the pool. During our check out the staff said we broke their TV remote but we told them it was already like that when we checked in and we have been using it to watch TV shows. Staff said we should have informed them. But we didn't find a need to as the Remote was working fine. They wanted to charge us for that but we told them that this is not by us as it was already like that. And they understood. Hope the staff can be more vigilant and don't be quick to blame the tourist to make extra money out of our deposit.
The property provides a peaceful calming environment. Its location its also strategy whereby surrounded by Santorini, pasar malam, pasar tani and etc. Upon arrival, we were greeted welcomely by the security Pak Nas and the guest service officer Ehsan sorry did not capture the name correctly. And the guest service officer knew my name before I mentioned my name. The security guard assist our suitcase to our room as we need to pass by a small lake. Since we arrived late to property, so we decided to have dinner at the restaurant whereby we are warmly welcome by the locals, its so heart-warming. All the staff that served us during our stay from the kitchen and bar, from the reception, security guard all make an excellent service. And thank you to the team for making my baby 1 year old birthday memorable by doing the decos in room and provide birthday cake. ❤️ We definitely will come back again and stay longer next time❤️
Maybe housekeeping team can be more care about the bedsheets linens. As upon arrival our bedsheet and duvet covers have alot of stains mark and also pillow case also dirty.

As the room may be a connecting room, when required, thus noise from the neighbors do travel and may be disturbing.
The idea of the development to be a chill concept is notable, however the music from the restaurant may not be a wise choice, which lasted till 11pm. (Mgmt to reconsider this decision)
The room was clean and cozy.The staff are friendly,polite and helpful .
Everything.. including the private pool in the studio room.. breakfast can be better for the price, privacy for the private pool can improve as next door can have a very slight view from 2nd floor to our private pool.. location is good too.. nearby to alot of street food, and activities places.. only main entrance need to change to flat cement wall so that luggage can be easy access without the need to carry..
Breakfast need to improve as the price is not cheap.. studio private pool, need to improve on the privacy, need add wall or wood so that left and right 2nd floor villa cannot see our 1st floor studio villa.. thats why it cal private pool so no one can see.. mosquitoes and lizards can be seen around the pool at night, so its best to buy baygon and spray around like i did and we have a peaceful night and swim too.. advice to cut the the small tree at the studio pool amd change to normal wall and floor so that lizards and mosquitoes can be much lesser at night..
The room is good, staffs are exceptional.
There were no barrier on the walking path to prevent falling into the man made pond. The pond was also not cleaned regularly. Not a good sight.

The location to town area is accessible... The staffs are polite and helpful... The area is clean... My kids love the private pool...
The walkway to the room should be fenced with something to prevent accident into the small lake surrounding... Toilet could be better built with a built-in shower other than bathtub only... The spa massage could be much better... No effect on the body at all...

Very noisy as there is a futsal that can be very noisy till 12am , very noisy neighbour till we complain
