Pros:

位置地點佳，走路5分鐘之內有小北百貨、全聯；外食方便，有很多選擇，離鹿港第一公有市場近。民宿內有電梯，有專屬停車場，沒有另外收費。

Cons:

1.房間內插頭少，在衣櫃找到的延長線是兩孔不是三孔，款式老舊。
2.沒有提供一次性用品，廁所內僅提供小包裝的洗髮精沐浴乳。
3.冷氣已調至24度最大風量，還需使用電風扇才比較涼爽。
4.咖啡機的咖啡味道淡薄。
5. 浴室的水龍頭要等很久才有熱水，洗手台的水量不易控制，容易噴濕衣服。
