Pros:

It has more of a hostel feel than a hotel, the walls are very thin. you can hear every sound crack and feel every thump it is far from everything. Not a lot in the area. .the staff is great. the rooms are extra tiny

Ideal accommodation
Pros:

Very clean and modern hotel just on the outskirts of the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I couldn’t stay in hotel after booking confirmatio
Pros:

I arrived and the receptionist didn’t allow me to stay because the system was not working properly and later that I did not have reservation in spite that I bring my reservation confirmation.
After several minutes where I was very upset they offer me another accommodation far away of my original point. After more than 10 years working with Expedia, this is the first time I had have this situation. I couldn’t stay and I am very disappointed

Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely, some could not speak English but we managed to communicate (google translator) and laugh about it!

The hotel is a fair way out of town, but you can easily catch tram 5 or 22 from the train stop around the corner (25 RUB) each way. The staff were very helpful to guide me in where to go and what to do and how to catch the tram.

He rooms were trendy and comfy, but be warned you have limited time in the shower, I estimated 3-5 minutes too!

The breakfast isn’t what you would get at a major hotel but it’s good for 300 RUB.

I enjoyed the stay, the only limitation was the distance from the city centre, but easily overcome with the tram!
