Kesinlikle bu otelde tekrar konaklayacağım.
Pros:

Tesiste A'dan Z'ye her şey harikaydı. Bir avrupa otelinden beklediğiniz her şey fazlasıyla var. Girer girmez şampanya ve sıcak çikolata ikram ile karşılandık. Çocuklar bayıldı. Konum harika, odalar geniş ve tertemiz. Oda her gün temizleniyor. İçme suları tazeleniyor. Kurutma makinesinden ütüye kadar her şey var. Kanal manzarası güzel. Çalışanlar hep güleryüzlü ve sürekli yardım etmek istiyorlar. Victoria'ya özellikle sıcak karşılaması, güler yüzü ve yardımseverliği için ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Kahvaltıyı deneyimlemedik ama güzel gözüküyordu.

Cons:

Daha sonra gideceğim her oteli burasıyla karşılaştırmak zorunda kalma duygusunu beğenmedim. :) Olumsuz bir şey görmedim.

Pros:

Great location. A little off the beaten path of the really busy areas but very centrally located and easy to walk anywhere.

Also, Camila at the front desk was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. She helped us figure out trains to Belgium and where to watch the NFL Super Bowl. All of the staff act like they truly love helping you out.

When we checked in after a long overnight flight, they offered us coffee or tea and had comfortable chairs at the front desk.
