Clean, comfortable hotel in a quieter area

Wonderful!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good! Lots of options! I loved when we first arrived to check in there was chairs for us to sit down at the reception desk. Plus they offered us a cold beverage! Sparkling Wine or non-alcoholic options too!

Pros:

Wonderful greeting from reception; given space and time to get settled, then invited to come back to the desk and have our way around Amsterdam explained, where to go, where to avoid (with our children!), and the best way to travel. Room was superbly appointed, with a lovely canal view from our window, and the room was serviced daily. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, and I felt of very good quality. All the staff we encountered were very friendly , and helpful

The location is a little out of the centre, but I guess you trade that off against the subtle quiet of where it is located

Perfect location.
Pros:

Close to all amenities, secure access, lovely helpful staff. Beds were so comfortable, rooms clean and a decent size. We didn’t stay in the room too much as we were exploring the city.

Needed a bigger doona on the bed.

çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever insanlardı. son gün kahvaltımızda türk bir çalışana bile denk geldik. kahvaltıda çeşitler boldu, tazeydi ve ürünler sürekli yenilendi. masalar da hızlı temizleniyordu. kahvaltı alanında çocuklar için ayrılmış ve çeşitli oyun ve oyuncaklar bulunan bir bölüm de mevcuttu. otele giriş oda kartını okutarak yapılıyor. resepsiyonun karşısında sürekli tazelenen ücretsiz su mevcut. kanal manzaralı çift kişilik oda büyüklüğü oldukça yeterliydi ve oda temizdi. banyo da baya genişti, hem duş hem hazırlanma için oldukça ferahtı. fazlasıyla havlu vardı, istediğimizde değiştirildi ve temizdi. yataklar rahattı, çarşaflar terletmedi. odadaki dolap da oldukça genişti. ütü, su ısıtıcı, kahve köşesi, kasa, çamaşır temizlik hizmeti vardı. mini buzdolabındaki sular, çay ve kahveler yenilendi. amsterdam genelinde musluk suyu içilebiliyormuş, biz otelde musluk suyu içtik hiçbir problem yaşamadık. 6 gece kaldık ve bu süre boyunca otelde ne elektrik ne su ne ısıtma-soğutma ile ilgili hiçbir sorun olmadı. asansörler de kart okumalı. odada karşılama olarak bir küçük şişe beyaz şarap ve atıştırmalık vardı, ek olarak otele girişimizi yaparken de istediğimiz bir içeceği ikram ettiler, çıkış yaparken de bir anahtarlık hediye ettiler, bu tarz jestler çok hoş oluyor gerçekten. konum olarak turistik yerlere, ana tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde. daha uzak yerler için veya yürümek istemiyorsanız çok yakınında toplu taşıma durağı var. yine çok yakınında büyük marketler var. odamızın manzarası da çok güzeldi, her sabah bol bol kuş sesleriyle uyanmak çok keyifliydi. amsterdam'da konaklamak için başka yer bakmaya gerek yok. her şey için teşekkürler.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Welcoming helpful staff, welcome drink, beautiful hotel and room. Great bathroom with big shower and anti fog mirror. Free water bottles replenished daily in fridge. TV showed World Cup games. Lovely canal view. Location close to good restaurants and some attractions. And nice goodbye gift at checkout. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Not close to old town but a 15 minute walk. Air conditioning good but not great. Fitness center and breakfast fair but not wonderful.
