Guest Reviews
Convenient. Close to everywhere if you correctly navigating with Google map
Clean room. However the hallway always smell like some Indian spices
Honestly everything, hotel was spotless. Every single staff member, receptionist, bar, house keeping, in charge of breakfast were lovely, polite and welcoming. The location was great, 15 mins walk from dam square and 15 mins walk for Amsterdam central. Highly recommend
The property was great, wouldn’t like to fault it.
Excelente localização, bom tamanho do quarto e banheiro, café da manhã muito bom!
Carpete não é bom, junta muita poeira e sujeira, desencadeando alergia.
E a limpeza pode melhorar mais, principalmente do banheiro.
Upon arrival they greeted me with a drink and they actually showed me to my room. It was amazing and the staff was phenomenal! Their food selection and drink selection was wonderful as well. The rooms were comfortable and the pillows were the best!
Exceptionally clean , really nice staff and an excellent breakfast
Twin rooms beds were quite narrow , would have liked showers caps to have been available in the room rather than having to ask at reception for them ( shower caps are in my view an essential)
Curat, pat confortabil și f bine amplasat . Poți ajunge la obiectivele turistice pe jos.
Comfortable and clean if pokey room. Staff lovely but the "canal view" wasn't really anything but a window over a back canal.
The hotel went above and beyond from the welcome drink to the complimentary water and top class service and hospitality. Tawan in the bar was particularly fantastic and a real gem. The breakfast was very impressive and good quality and great range of food

Staff were super friendly & helpful. Excellent welcome, Bella gave us a lot of very helpful information & booked a restaurant for us. All the staff were very accommodating, polite & we felt that they would go the extra mile for us.
Good central location not far from train station or city center.
