The hotel facilities meet a good internatonal standard. The staff is professional and friendly.

The property was modern, clean and very accommodating.
It was a bit south of the city center. Our restaurant for dinner in the north end was a 30 minute walk. Also, the bartender’s English was not great, which led to some confusion on drink orders. Both were very minor issues and we’d definitely stay there again.

The bartender was hard to understand and was not knowledgeable about drinks or how to charge for the drinks or even how to make drinks or what was available. That is my only complaint. The rest of the staff was very helpful.
Perfect location for exploring Amsterdam. Lovely, friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Spacious family room. Delicious breakfast with great choice. Altogether perfect place to stay for us

Localização, limpeza, cama, ar condicionado, chuveiro, café da manhã, excelentes. Uma dica, a aproximadamente 50 metros do hotel, saindo para a direita, tem um local de aluguel de bicicletas que recomendo, a dona é muito prestativa e cuidadosa. Vale a pena alugar as bicicletas ali, por ser bem próximo ao hotel e pelo serviço prestado.
