Lovely stay at a really nice hotel
Pros:

I had a really pleasant stay. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and what I truly appreciated was how accommodating the team was, they allowed us to check in much earlier than the usual time, which made a big difference after our journey. We also received a complimentary breakfast when we extended our stay. Overall, the service really stood out and made the experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

No está mal, pero muy caro por lo que ofrece.
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien porque queda cerca de todo y hay metro bastante cerca. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, y nos dieron varias opciones de almohadas porque las que venían por defecto en la cama eran muy incómodas.

Cons:

· La cama no era muy cómoda (acabé con dolor de espalda).
· La ducha era muy bonita, pero nada funcional. Media mampara y sin plato de ducha, se acababa poniendo el suelo perdido de agua.
· Reservé este hotel entre otras cosas porque ponían muy bien el desayuno, pero aunque mal no estaba, tampoco era nada especialmente bueno.

Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment superbe et propre. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L'emplacement est correct.

Cons:

Certains employés m'ont traité de haut. Un s'est moqué de moi. Un autre m'a parlé avec agacement et du mépris : un grand homme avec des cheveux blancs (quelques fois avec des lunettes) et un accent un peu british. J'étais vraiment très mal à l'aise.

C'est uniquement 2-3 employés, les autres sont vraiment au petit soin. Donc, vraiment dommage et très déçu de ces comportements qui ne devraient pas se produire dans un hôtel de ce genre.

Ich übernachte monatlich in sechs verschiedenen Hotels. Dieses Hotel überzeugt durch seine Sauberkeit sowie durch ein äußerst freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, die Servicequalität entspricht eher einem 5-Sterne-Hotel.

Amazing hotel with all you need just a ‘stone-through’ away from the main areas of Amsterdam!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff with all you need! Great bar & reception area downstairs to chill and have a drink which was delightful. Little things like bottles of water replacements & Nespresso coffee machine were added bonuses.

Cons:

Honestly nothing springs to mind about the property itself.
