Pros:

The room and the hotel areas were spotless. Towels were changed daily and this is very important. The coffee and water bottles in the room were replenished every day. The staff was excellent both at the reception and in the breakfast area. The room had a view of the canal and was amazing. The area where the hotel is located is very convenient and safe.

Cons:

It had two set of pillows. We would have preferred one set to have soft pillows. The room temperature could go up to 23 degrees. I would have liked it a little warmer.

Je me suis faite volé ma boite de bijoux en or dans la chambre d hotel par le personnel de menage , et j ai réclamé la perte de mes bijoux mais rien ne s est passé à part qu ils m ont dit que non notre equipe est professionnel et de confiance….
Alors c était une boite de bijoux de valeur

Good location and great staff. Room was spacious and not crowded. Very helpful info from staff.

Air conditioner didn’t function properly, so had to sleep with windows open to cool room.

Decent stay for the price.
Pros:

Location was central to all areas by tram.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t working and for the first 2 nights we were sweating through the night. The 3rd day they sent an engineer and he opened the venting a bit but it didn’t cool things as much as we would have liked.
We had two twin beds that were ok, not great.
