Я бы больше не остановилась в этом отеле.
Pros:

Персонал приветливый, чистый номер. Хороший завтрак. Ужасная слышимость в номере!!! Из-за молодой пары не спали всю ночь. Рядом дорога и гаражи - всю время слышно проезжающие машины.Из-за этого не открыть окно.Летом это большой минус.

Pros:

Ездили на 2 дня.Разместили сразу.Персонал очень любезный. Номер был удобный.Минус в номере было очень жарко,но дали вентилятор и мусор не выносили.Завтрак приличный,голодным не останешься. До центра минут 10 на автобусе, остановка напротив, автобусы ходят часто.В целом нам понравилось.

Pros:

Новый отель, который пока только развивается. Доделываются пожарные выходы и т.д. Чисто. Персонал хороший. Удобный подъезд, есть стоянка. Не хватало сеток на окнах, было жарко, а кондиционера в номере не было. И холодильничек бы в номер.

Ужасный холод в ванной, да и в номере дуло ото всюду Причём на улице было плюс пять. Никаких удобств. Только для того, чтобы переночевать 1 ночь. Не рекомендую!

Отель неплохой, не больше
Pros:

Сам отель хороший. Отношение хорошее. Уезжали из отеля рано утром (в 7 утра). Так рано завтрак не предусмотрен, но нам сделали поздно вечером и положили в холодильник на ресепшен, а утром разогрели и налили чаю, за что отдельное большое спасибо персоналу. В номерах всё новенькое и чистое, это тоже плюс. Теперь о негативных ощущениях. Район ужасный. Рядом нет ничего, кроме автосервиса рядом с отелем и кафе "Талисман" напротив отеля, в котором постоянно крутят Бузову и в целом это совок. До другого кафе идти минут 10 по темным неосвещенным тропинкам. Второй негативный момент - мы сильно невыспались, из-за того, что в отеле проходит ремонт этажом выше и всю ночь двигали мебель, собирали её и стучали по полу. Заснуть было невозможно. Хочется задать вопрос руководству отеля - это было осознанное решение производить ремонт по ночам, при наличии посетителей отеля?
