Excellent city stay close to where we needed to be.
Pros:

We liked the breakfast, however it is what it is for what you pay for. It was mainly deli foods, but the offer for omlettes and scrambled egg was there. In my opinion, breakfast was much better on the weekend.

Staff were friendly, and they tried their best to accommodate our needs, as we have two little boys, and though my boys were a little noisy, the staff were very kind.

We did have an incident, where we set the fire alarm off, and the staff were professional, and they tried their best to secure the room and ensure our safety and care and did not get upset with us. We were very impressed by this.

Cons:

To wash our clothes, it cost 15jod and the price was not stated before the clothes were washed, but that's it.

The breakfast could have had more of a variety, and the staff attending it could have been a little more customer friendly. Otherwise, it was excellent.

الموقع ، السرير مريح ، الهدوء داخل الفندق ، التنظيف اليومي ، التكييف ، الحارس رائع ومتعاون

Cons:

ملاحظات ولاتنقص من جهد العاملين / الاثاث قديم خصوصاً كنب الصالة ، رائحة الممرات بين الغرف غير جيدة( الدور الثالث) ، عدم وجود ادوات طبخ ( قدر ، ابريق، دلة ،مقلاة … الخ) رغم وجود فرن !! الموجود أدوات مطبخ ملاعق وصحون واكواب ، الافطار عادي جداً، طلبت دلة اوابريق لعمل قهوة فاعتذر لعدم توفره لديهم !؟ ، لا يوجد شبك او حواجز على النوافذ !

لما حجزت السعر في البوكنق بالضرائب كامله غير عن سعر الفندق مع العلم تم الحجز لما وصلت استغربت انو السعر مرتفع وكلمت الموظف يقول الزياده للفندق وانه اكثر من مره كلم البوكنق وما حسبوا لهم الزياده يعني السالفه فيها نصب واحتيال
بصراحه ما انصح في السكن عندهم ابداً لعدم المصداقيه
