طاقم الاستقبال لايرحب بالزوار لا بالخروج ولا بالدخول. طاقم المطعم غير مناسب للزوار. افتعال صوت مزعج من الأبواب داخل المطعم وقت الافطار. حتى طلبنا للأكل تم بردود غير مرحب فيها.
بطانيات غير مريحة ولا مخدات ولم يتم توفير مخدات ولا بطانيات الا باليوم الثالث. مع العلم ان الحجز تتضمن معلومات عن حجزي بأننا أربعة أشخاص.
