Pros:

A good location from concert venues and other fun activities. The breakfast was amazing and very diverse with options. The room was very spacious and allowed my party of five to stay comfortably in the room!

Pros:

I had a stop in Dallas after doing five countries in 50 days. Home 2 Suites by Hilton is always my go to when I’m in Dallas as there are different locations. The facilities are always clean, the beds are always comfortable and the air conditioning in the rooms are always consistent. It was quiet and I got some much needed rest. The staff members were helpful and professional.

Manager rude and incovenient
Cons:

Staff rude. Manager yelled at me when I asked to gave my apartment locker fixed or to be moved to another room.
After a lot of complaint, he decided to fix.
Not worth the money and stress.
Almost called the police.

It was a great stay for 3 nights and 4 days. I will go back to this hotel in the future. Please fix the elevator button.

Pros:

Great value for money. Free parking on site. Very friendly staff. Very quiet - concrete slab floors. Close to one of the main train lines into CBD. Cheap in-house laundry appreciated. Full kitchen galley could support a family self-catering.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Even though I drove, I took the train into the CBD for ease. The walk to the train station from the hotel is a bit dodgy - past emergency housing type apartments - rubbish everywhere - did not feel safe walking alone outside of business hours. No walkable shops/ food outlets.
