Lovely stay. Anthony and “John” made it even more personal.
Pros:

The personnel were out of this world accommodating. The room was super clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

It is a 3-4 star hotel. Why complain?

Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and the location was great. Nice and clean.

Cons:

The food wasn't that great, but if you want to save money, I can see it's value. Hot breakfast buffet, good for families on budget.

Okay but they support...
Pros:

It was generally clean when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lined being able to ask the staff questions via the app. They were prompt & friendly in their responses.

Cons:

5 day stay and housekeeping never came by. We literally had to throw our own trash out to the hallway bins, source bags ourselves and ask for things. Pretty sure the couch was missing covers for the cushions. The orange foam was exposed so we just didn't use the couch. Needed to extend our stay an extra day was quoted nearly DOUBLE the price so we booked elsewhere. We were also informed Hilton was supporting unfriendly enforcement staff so we likely will not be back for that alone

Decent but Dated Hotel
Pros:

Location was good, next to the retirement home where my aunt and uncle are staying.

Cons:

However, when I arrived and asked about the discount offered to visitors to the facility, I was given some excuse about “contracts not being signed”. This was after I explained that I was there to attend my aunt’s funeral. The desk clerk then awkwardly wished me a good stay. Ouch. The fixtures, carpet and furniture in the hotel desperately need updates. To top it all off, no decaf coffee is offered for breakfast. I mean, c’mon, folks.
