What I liked about the room was that it was very quiet. That was the main thing I appreciated. Even though I never used the air conditioning, since the weather in Bogotá was already cool, the room temperature felt pleasant and comfortable.
Other than that, there was not much else that stood out to me.
The room was very quiet, and that was something I really liked. It was quite peaceful. However, it was not very comfortable. The beds were too close to the furniture, and they were not very comfortable either.
There was no refrigerator, not even a small one in the room, so we had no way to keep drinks cold. They did provide cold bottled water for purchase, but they did not give complimentary water except for one bottle upon arrival. If you wanted more cold water, you had to go down to the lobby and refill a container they left in the room.
The bathroom was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room was not very good. They made the beds, but the floor was left dirty. It was noticeable that they did not vacuum the floor.
As for the rest, I did not like the breakfast. There was not much variety. Some staff charged 6,000 Colombian pesos for a latte, while others later tried to charge 9,000 to 9,500 Colombian pesos for the same coffee. I did not see this as a marketing strategy — it felt more like dishonest pricing.
If you wanted freshly made eggs, you had to wait around 15 minutes. You also had to wait for someone to come to the table and take your egg order.
There were not many tables available in the breakfast area. The space was quite small, with around 15 to 16 tables. Usually, about 5 or 6 of them were marked as reserved. So when it was busy, you had to look around to find somewhere to sit.
Honestly, I have stayed in other hotels that were much more comfortable, with a better overall level of comfort.
I should also mention that buying food at the restaurant downstairs was extremely expensive. The prices were higher than what you would normally pay in the United States. The steaks, in particular, were much more expensive. I only ate there once when I arrived and did not return because the prices seemed excessive.
Close to the airport, friendly staff and good restaurant and bar. They also have a taxi service early morning which was relatively cheap.

Die Rezeption ist unbefriedigend, meist ist nur eine Person anwesend und es dauert. Sauna und Fitness haben eher symbolischen Wert.
Everything was very clean and professional.
They had cameras in the room that were recording your stay without your knowledge. I found the cameras on my second day.
El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado en cuanto a los procesos para visa embajada aereopuerto. También me encanto el servicio gratis del aereopuerto al hotel y viceversa. Desayuno muy bueno
No me gustó que no servía la calefacción, el cuarto muy oscuro con un par de luces dañadas, alfombra en algunas partes de la habitación húmeda.
La cercanía al aeropuerto, aunque su servicio de transfer es muy regular (por demora) comparado con otros hoteles similares .
El Hotel tristemente ha desmejorado con el tiempo, y no se ve que estén invirtiendo en él. El personal también. Sin embargo sigue siendo un lugar tranquilo para descansar.
