El desayuno fue muy variado y además de ello la zona muy tranquila. El personal muy amable y servicial. Las instalaciones del hotel y el confort del mismo ha sido excepcional. Muy recomendado

Cons:

El horario del bus que recoge en el aeropuerto. Es demasiado espaciado, pasa solo cada hora a la hora y cuarto, así que si llegas a las y veinte te toca esperar casi una hora mas. Los demás hoteles tienen mayor frecuencia y un coordinador en la zona del aeropuerto y brindan información. Este hotel no tiene a nadie allí que brinde ningún tipo de información

In general a very good airport hotel, but with annoying issues
Pros:

Modernes Flughafen Hotel der gehobenen Mittelklasse. Ästhetisch sehr schön. Herausragend freundliche Mitarbeiter. Relativ gute Schallschutzverglasung (in Kolumbien selten). Gut funktionierender pünktlicher Shuttle zum Flughafen. Tolle Matratzen (=super bequeme Betten)

Cons:

Eigentlich 10 Punkte, aber: 1 großes Ärgernis: Die Fenster kann man (wie bei Schallschutzfenstern üblich) nicht öffnen. Zur Temperatur -Regulierung ist man entsprechend auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen und die ist auf Sparbetrieb geschaltet (im gesamten Hotel). Weniger als 21,5 Grad waren nicht drin und dahin hat es bei einem 25 Grad warmen Zimmer bereits 5 Stunden gedauert. Da versucht dich wohl jemand durch Kosteneffizienz zu profilieren. Ich sage verbindlich zu, dass dies nicht funktionieren wird. Derartiges ist für ein Haus der Hilton - Kette in diesem Preis - Segment schlicht eine Schande. Gleiches gilt für die Kaffee-Pads, die nicht zur Maschine passen, so dass man sich keinen Kaffee machen kann, was wohl bekannt ist. So wird natürlich wenig verbraucht, das spart Geld, ist aber auch dem kulturell sehr anpassungsfähigen Hilton Gast deutlich zu "kolumbianisch".

Excelente
Pros:

De tudo. Quanto a localização, o nosso propósito era ficar próximo ao aeroporto, porque chegamos, e no dia seguinte, já iríamos para o aeroporto. Então foi excelente.
Não recomendo para quem vai ficar mais dias e vai ainda conhecer Bogotá, devido a distância.
