Hôtel confortable près de l'aéroport (20 mn à notre heure d'arrivée), nous n'avons pas attendu la navette gratuite car elle venait de partir et elle passe toutes les heures mais en taxi ça se fait vite

Nos encontramos en una situación en la que la tubería del aire de la habitación presentaba daños, lo que generó ruido durante toda la noche. Reportamos esta incidencia, incluyendo videos, al número de WhatsApp de la recepción, pero lamentablemente no recibimos una solución la primera noche. La segunda noche, se nos envió a una persona de seguridad que no poseía los conocimientos necesarios para realizar la revisión. Debido a estas circunstancias, no pudimos descansar adecuadamente, lo que nos llevó a cancelar la reserva del último día y buscar alojamiento en otro establecimiento.

Shuttle z i na lotnisko, pokój czysty, przestronny, wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka, bardzo dobre śniadanie, w pokoju żelazko, ekspres do kawy i dobra kawa, suszarka.
W międzynarodowej sieci, przy międzynarodowym lotnisku recepcjonistka nie mówi po angielsku. Podczas zameldowania nie poinformowano mnie o dodatkowym podatku. Sam podatek to kwestia przepisów oczywiście, ale to powinno być od razu zakomunikowane przy zameldowaniu a nie przy wymeldowaniu przez recepcjonistę który nie mówi po angielsku i nie jest w stanie wytłumaczyć skąd nagle ten podatek się wziął, a Ty się spieszysz na lotnisko.
W restauracji spaghetti które zamówiłam było kompletnie rozgotowane i pływające w śmietankowej zupie. Bardzo nie polecam. W takim hotelu, za taką cenę jedzenie powinno być doskonałe.
Shuttle powinno być częściej niż co godzinę. Brak dokładnej infromacji o której odjeżdża.
