Trendy hotel in great location
Pros:

Super friendly staff, great location, comfortable room and trendy, mid-century modern decor.
This was our first time in Nashville and Fairlane was in a perfect location for exploring the city! Just a few blocks from downtown and right next to Printers Alley. Just wished they had a rooftop bar…

Pros:

Clean rooms, nice decor. The bed was harder and the pillows too thin than we like. Check in/out staff, cleaning staff, and bartender at night were very friendly and helpful. The morning bar staff not so much. One of the ladies working in the morning acted annoyed when my husband asked where he could get some coffee then again when he asked where he could get some creamer for his coffee. Another acted annoyed when we asked for some ice for our drinks. Overall it’s a very nice hotel, close to restaurants and Broadway.

Great Location & Style, But a Few Bumps

Stayed one night at the Fairlane for a concert—perfect location near Broadway and great restaurants. The hotel has a stylish boutique vibe with art-deco touches. I was greeted with champagne, check-in was smooth, and the valet was friendly.

Room on the 10th floor was clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and in-room iPad. However, the hallway smelled musty, and my door was stuck (key worked, but had to push hard). Housekeeping helped, and staff later said the doors stick due to paint/humidity.

Enjoyed a local craft beer at Modern Love bar after the show—great touch. One issue: valet system had recently changed. Though front desk said it was covered, I had to pay separately via an app to get my car.

Overall, cool hotel with a great vibe, but a few kinks to be aware of.
