Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Vriendelijk personeel en lekker rustig ten opzichte van de drukke stad. Flexibel inchecken mogelijk en lekker ontbijt!

Helaas hadden we geen warm water met douchen, maar dat is voor 1 nacht geen probleem voor ons.

It is so colorful and they offer breakfast in the place, the personnel was really helpful to leave out bags to keep visiting different place in Ica. I would definitely come back!

Das Hostel liegt 200m von Icas Hauptplatz entfernt. Preis Leistung Top.Zimmer neu ind sehr schön sauber. Frühstück kleine Auswahl aber ok. Schöner gepflegter Innenhof. Nach unseren Aufenthalt in der Wüste brauchten wir eine Dusche, weil wir mit dem Nachtbus weiterfuhren. Gegen Aufpreis konnten wir dort eine Dusche verwenden

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The room and bathroom were very clean and well organized, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, and we loved the interior design — modern, cozy, and beautifully maintained.

The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout the hostel, which we really appreciated.

Endroit surprenant petite porte d’entrée qui donne sur une cour intérieure un petit jardin très bien aménagé parking sécurisé bon petit déjeuner et accueil chaleureux

Real Oasis en Ica
Pros:

La ubicación esta bien y tienen estacionamiento propio disponible las 24hs. Hay un supermercado al lado. El jardín es hermoso, da sensación de tranquilidad en tu estadía, es muy prolijo el ambiente, se veían las instalaciones muy limpias y lindas. Buena presión de agua. Es silencioso de noche y uno no se percada del ruido, transito y movimiento diario que hay en Ica.

Cons:

La habitación fue un poco pequeña, pero bien resuelta. El baño también es pequeño, pero estuvo bien.
