Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Molt bona ubicació,10 min caminant des de l'estació del bus.La nostra habitació era molt bonica, diria la més xula de tota nostra estancia a Perú. El entorn del hostel és guapíssim amb totes les plantes, les taules al jardí per menjar i treballar...amb el aire molt tranquil i relaxat, llàstima que nosaltres no vam poder gaudir de'l esmorzar a la terrassa ja que marxàvem de matinada. Si vas a passar la nit a Ica et recomano aquest lloc sense dubte

**Schönes Hotel mit tollem Innenhof und zentraler Lage**

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem angenehm ruhig im Bezug auf den Straßenlärm. Besonders schön ist der wirklich sehr nette Innenhof, der zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig, sodass man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Positiv fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck vor bzw. nach dem Aufenthalt unkompliziert im Hotel zu lagern.

Das Frühstück war solide und völlig ausreichend.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – insbesondere aufgrund der zentralen Lage, des schönen Innenhofs und des freundlichen Personals. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Man hört praktisch alles aus den umliegenden Zimmern und von darüber – angefangen bei Laufgeräuschen bis hin zu Fernseher, Gesprächen und anderen Alltagsgeräuschen. Dafür muss man nicht einmal besonders laut sein, da die Schalldämmung leider kaum vorhanden zu sein scheint.

Natürlich kann das Hotel nichts für das Verhalten seiner Gäste. Trotzdem sollte man diesen Punkt bei der Wahl des Hotels unbedingt berücksichtigen, da der Lärmpegel dadurch je nach Zimmer und Nachbarn erheblich sein kann.

Für Leichtschläfer oder Gäste, die besonderen Wert auf einen ruhigen und erholsamen Schlaf legen, ist das Hotel daher nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Für uns war die Hellhörigkeit leider ein deutlicher Minuspunkt.

En realidad todo me pareció excelente. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. La limpieza a1. La ubicación del hotel cerca a plaza principal, centros comerciales, lugares para consumo de alimentos. Me encantó el hotel volvería a hospedarme y también lo recomendaría.

Overall, a great stay. It exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Everything was clean, very clean. The cleanest I have stayed in, including 5 stars, in Peru.
Breakfast was delicious, nice selection, palta, fruit, eggs.
The courtyard was lovely and the rooms were cute, decorated with care.

Cons:

Overall the hotel is quiet, in the middle of the city, some construction, they cannot control that. However, the movement of the other guests is audible between rooms and from the courtyard.
The service was fine, but, not very friendly. No hello, smiles. Not a big deal, but, an occasional smile and hello would be a plus.
