Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Oasis in the middle of dusty Ica
Pros:

Lovely hostel with a beautiful garden where you could relax after a day’s sightseeing. Comfortable rooms and the whole place was super clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit.

Es gibt einen schönen Innenhof, wo man ruhig chillen kann. Sobald es dunkel ist, wird auf Ruhe geachtet, damit die Gäste nicht gestört werden.

quiza el desayuno pero no me dieron opcion a tomarlo o menos mencionarme al momento de alojarme si habia la disponibilidad de ello. fue una pena porque tuve que salir a buscarlo al final cuando estaba dispuesto a tomarlo. e incluso preguntar. en fin.

Relación precio–servicio mejorable frente a otras opciones en Ica
Pros:

Servicio básico y poca flexibilidad en una ciudad muy calurosa

Cons:

El hostal intenta ofrecer un servicio aceptable, pero la experiencia se ve limitada por la falta de confort y flexibilidad. En una ciudad tan calurosa como Ica, y en pleno verano, no se ofrece aire acondicionado ni siquiera un ventilador en la habitación, lo que dificulta el descanso. Además, la política de check-out es muy rígida. Por un precio similar, otros hoteles de la zona —como el Hotel Real Ica— sí cuentan con aire acondicionado y piscina incluidos, por lo que, de haberlo sabido antes, habría optado directamente por una de esas alternativas.
