Enjoys the lake view and the comfortable bed that the hotel offers
Pros:

The view of Erhai from the hotel is beautiful. We managed to catch sunrise from our room balcony. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our request. The gym and swimming pool at rooftop offers great view of the lake as well.

Cons:

Shops & resturants surrounding the hotel is out of business or under renovation. The hotel is not near any tourist attractions but is a short cab ride to the train station.

Cons:

국제적인 호텔임에도 불구하고 직원들과의 영어 소통이 매우 원활하지 않았습니다.
총 2주간의 장기 투숙 예약이었음에도 불구하고, 객실 배정 시 동일 건물 내에서 공사가 진행 중이라는 사실에 대해 사전에 아무런 안내를 받지 못했으며, 그로 인해 오후 6시까지 공사 소음이 상당히 심했습니다. 해당 사항을 호텔 측에 전달했을 때에도 별다른 조치나 설명 없이 객실을 다시 변경하라는 안내만 받았습니다.
또한 조식은 호텔의 높은 가격과 등급을 고려했을 때 매우 기대에 못 미치는 수준이었습니다. 사용된 재료나 음식의 전반적인 품질이 저렴하게 느껴졌고, 맛 또한 평범했습니다.
더불어 예약 변경을 요청했을 때에도 호텔 측에서는 별도의 안내나 적극적인 도움 없이 계속해서 Booking.com에만 연락하라고 안내했습니다. 이러한 이유들로 인해 전반적인 숙박 경험에 큰 실망을 느꼈으며, 결국 중도에 투숙을 종료하고 근처 다른 호텔로 이동하였습니다.
