餐點選擇性低，且食材不新鮮，麵包又乾又硬，米台目好像冷凍過，很難吃的到，房間湯池和淋浴設計不良，房間走道昏暗，生意已經不好了，很多設施還要預約收費，這種房價，這種服務，應該不會來第二次了！

Room interiors are dated and poorly maintained, mildew all around the sunken onsen tub. Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst! Front desk staff refuses to explain any of the activities available for guests when asked, shoved the program sheet at me told me to read myself instead. Restaurant staff would not entertain a special request to order fried rice, told me to order a full child's set menu and plain rice instead, or order food delivery! Absolutely horrendous!

Pros:

從一開始網路訂房之後，大概打了兩個禮拜的電話都無人接聽，最後是寫email才聯絡上。導航會導到園區而不是飯店，位置不好找。雖然看似設施很多，但很多都會因故暫停（櫃檯也不會先知會，可能他們也不清楚）。也不會建議該怎麼玩比較好，只能自己摸索。取房卡的時候也不會告知wifi 密碼和如何從房間播到櫃檯。房間的淋浴和浴缸是合併的，一開始水壓很小而且溫度很極端只有超燙或是只能洗冷水，後來有下樓和櫃檯反應修復之後有好一點。騎士堡設施非常的小😂 只適合小小孩。大眾湯是裸湯然後進去看到是標榜精油藥浴（所以應該不是溫泉？）湯泉的溫度也很幽默，39度的湯硬是比42度的燙😅泡湯的時候櫃檯也沒有告知鞋櫃、置物櫃和更衣室都分別在不同的地方，旅客都各自摸索還互相幫忙（人都很好😂）日式莊園很美，動物很可愛，但整體的管理和服務可以再更加貼心專業一點才對的起這個價位。

迎賓飲料-無。
協助客戶拿行李-無。
浴缸的水龍頭要「爬」到浴缸裡才能開；浴缸高應該有70公分。淋浴也在浴缸裡。
游泳池-12月到三月，無（也沒先講）。
Spa或按摩-無。
日式文化介紹-無。服務人員會發給你一張園區簡介，叫你到園區裡，自己付費發掘。
以兩大一小（7歲）9000元來說，我不推薦。

適合帶小孩的家庭旅遊，館內小活動不少，還能到處拍照餵魚，人員服務態度不錯，只是細節訓練和各服務處的交接要再精實點會更好。

服務不是很好，工作人員不太專業，很多戶外區，下雨工作人員只會說沒傘也不會協助處理。早餐吃飯的地方很擁擠，且已經分兩批次，卻還是要等位置，用餐時間很短。
